When we entered this time, Jessica greeted us and immediately qualified us for what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the different features of the mattresses was on point, and we never felt like she was over selling. I don't think she even showed us the most expensive mattress in there because it didn't fit what we were looking for which I appreciate very much. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and she gave us space without feeling like we had to get away for some privacy. Buying a mattress is stressful, but she made it easy and relaxing. They even negotiate price to give me the best deal I can find under the circumstances. I've worked in this industry and I understand how tough it can be when you furnish someone's home and then when it comes time for them to make a payment, sometimes the customer will avoid you for months then want to write a bad review because they are mad they didn't get the items they rented for free.
