“I’m probably one of the most indecisive people when it comes to making purchases, especially something as important as a mattress, but John at Mattress Firm made the entire process so easy. He took the time to walk me through every option, explain the differences between them, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale.
You can tell he genuinely knows what he’s talking about, but beyond that, he’s just a really cool, easygoing person who makes you feel comfortable asking questions and taking your time. I never felt pressured once. By the end of it, I felt confident that I was getting exactly what I wanted and what I needed.

“My wife and I have been on the search for a new mattress for a while. We always end up mattress firm because of the variety of mattresses to try. When we entered this time, Jessica greeted us and immediately qualified us for what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the different features of the mattresses was on point, and we never felt like she was over selling. I don't think she even showed us the most expensive mattress in there because it didn't fit what we were looking for which I appreciate very much. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and she gave us space without feeling like we had to get away for some privacy. Buying a mattress is stressful, but she made it easy and relaxing. She was great with our 3 year old too. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm and working with Jessica!”
“This is my second visit to Romero's. They do an excellent job. The first time I came they fixed my flipper on my 2011 G 37S they did such a great job. I came back for seat repair. He blended my seat perfectly and it's red, which is a very difficult color. I highly recommend this place.”

“Great service and ease of buying/delivery. Our salesperson, Ruth, met us at the door and welcomed us in. After asking our names, she asked what we might be looking for. After telling her, she led us to the location in the showroom and gave us plenty of time to look around. No high-pressure sales. She was available to answer questions and was very helpful in showing us how the furniture operated.”
“Samir from the Snellville location helped to resolved an issue that I had after I went to the LazBoy store to discuss my situation. Samir called me the next day to inform me that he called the appropriate dept and someone will either call him or me with an update. I went back to the store several days later to let Samir know that i did not get feedback. He called his contact while I was at the store and helped to get the issue resolved.
Samir is very professional and really cares about customers issues. He follows through on what he states he will do.

“I would love to thank buddy’s Home Furnishing they have great customer service they took care of me from where I was calling him over the phone. There are two delivery drivers that were here to deliver by chest freezer were Great and their customer service within info were very well done they make sure it was plugged in, but where I needed it at they explained everything to me told me what they were doing and I didn’t have any problems with anything that we needed so so if you need any furniture or appliances look buddies up, they’re good to have and they’re very well rated in customer service. I enjoy every bit of it thank y’all and plus like I said, Robert took care of everything over the phone and I had no problems.”

“Excellent furniture shop for unique decorative furniture and table top items at a very reasonable prices. Also they have a massive sale going on right now which can help you get some good deal on your desired furniture. Owners are very patient, friendly and respectful. They were kind enough to answer all the questions and check the stock inventory and provide right details. They also helped with additional packing for taking the small furniture in flight. Good place for your home decore.”

“Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”
“I came around 11am on a Friday. Typical target layout. Finally self checkout here. I came a year ago and there was none. Starbucks in the front as soon as you come in off to the left. As well as the restrooms. The restrooms were clean. I love their makeup section layout. I couldn't find any plant based meat. The staff looks at you like you are dirty- that's normal. That's fine, I didn't come for a sense of community. Overall a great experience comes early to avoid the long lines.”
