She said she'd call me back when the delivery men came back to see if they had one. Sure enough she called. “This is my second visit to Romero's. They do an excellent job. The first time I came they fixed my flipper on my 2011 G 37S they did such a great job. I came back for seat repair. He blended my seat perfectly and it's red, which is a very difficult color. I highly recommend this place.”

“I hate seeing this business getting a bad rap on these reviews as they have always done me right! They get me what I need and most importantly when I need it. They even negotiate price to give me the best deal I can find under the circumstances. I've worked in this industry and I understand how tough it can be when you furnish someone's home and then when it comes time for them to make a payment, sometimes the customer will avoid you for months then want to write a bad review because they are mad they didn't get the items they rented for free. The owners really are good people...you keep it real with them and they will do the same!”

“Today I financed with Snap and worked with a nice young lady new 8/27/24 who explained and provided waters while we waited. I've previously came and received bad service from the other ladies who wouldn't help out or explain when asked .”
“Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”

Also they have a massive sale going on right now which can help you get some good deal on your desired furniture. Owners are very patient, friendly and respectful. They were kind enough to answer all the questions and check the stock inventory and provide right details. They also helped with additional packing for taking the small furniture in flight. Good place for your home decore.”

“I came around 11am on a Friday. Typical target layout. Finally self checkout here. I came a year ago and there was none. Starbucks in the front as soon as you come in off to the left. As well as the restrooms. The restrooms were clean. I love their makeup section layout. I couldn't find any plant based meat. The staff looks at you like you are dirty- that's normal. That's fine, I didn't come for a sense of community. Overall a great experience comes early to avoid the long lines.”
“Just picked up my standing table and Sharon was awesome.. greeted me right away, showed me how it works, plugged it in so I could test it. Iris offered to assemble it for free or just take it as-is. Payment was zero hassle, super quick and easy. Both were friendly , highly recommend!”
