“I started shopping here at Culpepper's on a regular basis since 2019. The prices are competitive, selection very good and the service is outstanding!! As soon as you walk in the doors someone will speak to you.The employees in every department will try to help you if you have a question. No matter what you need they will happily assist. The big-box stores (Lowe's / Home Depot) don't offer this kind of service. Many times I can't even find an employee to ask for help. Trade local because they want your business. I recommend Culpepper Ace to most of my friends. It's worth the drive.”

“i went to purchase a carving kit, and after days of researching i was still kinda on the fence about which set would be best (durability, kinds of tips, and price) and i settled on gordon’s. anyways, i come to the front and im greeted by Anne who is very sweet, and actually unprompted tells me how good of a choice i made and asked what i was planning to use it for. and i explained it’s for my boyfriend to start wood carving, and she just reassures me that i’ve made a great choice and that he’ll love it. it may not seem like a big deal but she really seemed so genuine and interested it truly made me feel more confident in my choice. we need more people like Anne :)”
“5-stars ain’t enough for these guys! They helped me solve a problem finding a cap for drain pipe of an unknown size that I had rigged up to carry fishing rods on the top of my car. It didn’t matter to them that they knew they were maybe only getting $12 off the sale, it was more important to them that I was taken care of. They demonstrated that they cared more about customer service than making a big sale. Highly recommend.”

“I'm an over the road truck driver, who delivered a load to this company and had a very pleasant experience. Driver's complain about delivering loads and having to wait, I arrived and was greeted with courtesy and respect. The place is a little tight backing in but once you get backed in, they unload you in a timely manner. They made waiting bearable. I would deliver to them again. Thank you for making me comfortable while I waited.”

“Always a fun trip to our local Home Depot. But we did have a issue getting keys made. The employees didn't know how to work it. And none of the keys with graphics would work. Would suggest some training on the department. Other than that always a great day when we get to go to Home Depot”
“Wayne from piping did a phenomenal job assisting me today. I went to Lowe's this morning and did not get the things that I needed or any help. I decided to come to Home Depot and not only did I find all the supplies that I needed but this incredible gentleman help me from start to finish and completely understood my vision for industrial shelves. He went out of his way to take time, considering my desires, and making them happen from start to finish. He help me find everything I needed, as well as cut my material and re-threaded some pipe to fit. It also doesn't hurt that he was great at making me laugh. In a world where most employees are just skirting by to make hourly, Wayne was a complete breath of fresh air, and a reminder that they are still great men out there that want to help and provide their skills with pride.”

“I went into this location in order to have a small project done that ended up being a bigger task then expected. I needed a couple of special items to have drill holes. The associates RJ and Preston went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. They searched the entire store looking for drill bits that were misplaced. Mr. RJ took his time to drill through the two items I brought. Mr. Preston helped by recommending the proper washers and bolts needed to improve the job. All in all, they spent over a hour and a half helping me with what I thought was going to be a small job. I am really grateful and appreciative that they were able to help me out, as I had already gone to other stores and was not able to get the help I required.”
