“Such a wonderful store! We shopped here for years. The owner went above and beyond measure and to special order my daughter’s tap shoes. They have quality products that do not compare to anywhere else. We have recently moved, and we have yet to find a store with comparable variety and expertise. We miss y’all!”
“The fine people at Mooney’s know feet and know shoes. They spot things my podiatrist missed! If you want to walk or run in comfort and style, and your feet have been hurting, get to Mooney’s and feel the relief. They are a shoe store, but what they really sell is service. “This boutique is behind Applebee's on Washington Road. It sits on the left next to the Chinese massage parlor. I was greeted quickly by the associate working. I gave them a head's up that I would be coming that day because I saw them post a beautiful distress denim skirt on Facebook and I actually bought that exact skirt. When you walk in the straight sizes are on the left and the plus sizes are on the right. The associate working explained this to me and the sales items were to the back. There is a dressing room in the back to the left. I did try the skirt on to make sure it fit properly and it did. Check out was a breeze. The associate thanked me for coming and told me to come back and I told her I definitely will be back. I can't wait to see what type of clothing they have for the cooler months. I really enjoyed shopping here!!!! I glad I was able to finally get to check them out. Even though I don't need any more clothes I can't wait to see what else I can add to my wardrobe!!!”

“My daughter and I had been shoe shopping all day when we stumbled across the sketcher store in Augusta. From the second we walked in we were greeted twice, and when my brain could not see the big wide width sign, I asked for help the lady stopped what she was doing walked right over and started explaining stuff to us when we went up to the register, the same lady checked us out and she said her name was Amanda. Let me tell you customer service is usually nonexistent nowadays, but I will tell you we will definitely be returning!! THANK YOU for all your help!!”

“Rose is the best retail sales person Ive ever worked with. I stopped in this morning and she was so nice, I left to shop around and every other store I went in didnt even say hello, so I went back to see Rose. I have some issues with my feet and she helped me try on lots of shoes until she realized my arches are different and I need a special shoe. She sent me to a place where I can get my arches measured and ensure I have the right shoe for my foot. I hope her store has what I need when I go back, Id love to buy all my shoes from her!”
“I really enjoyed the customer service that Hibbett Sports gave to me. There was a young man who worked there by the name of Darius(122577). He showed outstanding customer service. He greeted me with enthusiasm, he didn't hesitate to help me, he never did show lack of interest, he also gave me his opinion on certain items in the store. To make it even better he even tried to build a relationship with my 2 kids who where looking for shoes. I recommend Hibbett Sports in Augusta Ga. to anybody.”
“Outstanding customer service. The new manager has a well trained staff now. The previous management team was deplorable, and I actually completely stopped shopping at Footlocker. The new manager came from Champs of which I shopped with him there and I am overly pleased what he has done with the Footlocker store in the mall and I can’t wait to go back and get my next pair of shoes, especially since they offered me a coupon!
On this particular purchase, I actually called ahead to make sure they had the shoe I was looking for in stock. They did. I went immediately down to purchase it and ran into another shoe that I liked and ended up purchasing two pair.”

“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. I would continue shopping in this store moving forward just because my first experience was pleasant. Thank you so much Mr. Shawn”
“The tall black heavy set guy that work at this location was very unhelpful. He was rude, not talkative and didn’t greet us as we approached the counter. He didn’t want to give my son a refund for his shoes that he never wore. He claimed he couldn’t accept the shoes to give him a refund because he said my son wore the shoes. That was not true at all! I had to drive to the North Augusta location to get a refund with no problem. The lady greeted us as we approached the counter, looked at the shoes and proceeded with giving my son a refund. We will never shop at the Gordon Highway location again. DO BETTER!”

“Just wandered in to see what was new. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. A little trendy for me so I'm shopping for specialty items, things that I can add to my clothing collection that will enhance the look I'm creating daily. If you're so inclined stop in. Their selection of goods is comparable to other stores of similar products. Pricing is comparable as well. But for me I'm always looking for the possible deal. Sometimes though, you do get what you pay for. So until next time, shop til you drop.”
