“I left my cell phone in the car and went to the tram and realized it. After panic set in, I ran back and told them. The car was gone but they located my phone and had it back to me in a few minutes. I wish I had gotten the young man's name but everyone there was very nice throughout the experience. Highly recommend Enterprize.”

“We rented a car from Hertz for 45 days. Picking up at the Atlanta airport was very straightforward and the employee at the counter was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was easy when it came to dropping us off and Lisa Ashford drove us straight to the airport in her car. She is very competent sock her colleague Amber.

“Nene was awesome. From the moment I walked in she helped me broke everything down. Was patient with me. Was nice with professional and very knowledgeable. I came in again today to ask pretty much the same questions and again she was patient with me. She talked everything through. She assisted me along with the manager. I believe his name was Calvin. He was very nice every last week. He spoke when I came in was very prompt and kind and the same. With this visit of the people that work there have always been nice and kind and professional. “Had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Terron was extremely helpful in getting me in my requested vehicle as they had people delay their returns. He got me into a vehicle right away, and then called me the next day to let me know that they had the type of vehicle I had originally requested. Brandon and Q were also extremely friendly and helpful in the front office. Quan in the detail department got my updated vehicle ready quickly and the car was spotless. Kudos to this entire team for the excellent customer service!”

Of course when we got there 2 days later, no confirmation could be found. Thank goodness I had mine. The manager vowed to make it right and she did! “After dealing with an accident and a non-responsive adjuster this was the smoothest experience I’ve had since being in the accident. The rental process was smooth, the car that I was given was beautiful and rode very smooth. It made me want to extend the rental haha.
