“The customer service is pretty good for the most part however, I do have an issue with how I cannot use the drive-through because I am not a member of Members First Credit Union I am a member of Justice Federal credit Union. The issue is that I have very bad arthritis in both of my knees and it would be a great help if I were able to actually use the drive-through. there have been a couple of occasions when I’ve tried to use it only to be turned away because I’m not a member. I don’t understand that.no one else is at the drive-through. so why not go ahead and help me .this makes no sense and only serves to make my day much more difficult.
You should change this policy.”

I would like to take a moment to recognize Mrs. Jackie Theme for providing impeccable customer service at the branch located at 3012 Anvilblock Rd, Ellenwood, GA 30294.
During a previous visit to this location, my experience was unfortunately unpleasant and unwelcoming due to an interaction with a teller who was unkind and unfriendly. I had gone to the branch to make a payment on my car note through a shared branch and to open an account with Associated Credit Union. However, the teller’s rude demeanor left me so upset that I walked out without completing my transaction.
Because I was pressed for time and needed to make my car payment that same day, I reluctantly returned to the branch. I am truly grateful that Mrs. Jackie Theme was at the counter during my return visit. She provided exceptional, model-worthy customer service with outstanding professionalism, positive energy, and a warm spirit. She was very kind, took the time to speak with me, and politely asked clarifying questions to ensure everything was handled correctly.
Mrs. Jackie Theme completely restored my confidence in this branch, and her service deserves recognition. She was so great that I asked her for her name just so that I could provide a great review and giver the recognition that she deserves. Thank you for employing someone who truly understands the value of excellent customer care.

“On 8/4, I went to the Atlanta Rd/Smyrna location, to get bank statements print-outs...which I was told there's a $5 fee, as it was a few minutes before 4pm closing. I was escorted to the ATM @ the branch, and withdrew $20...the young lady that assisted me didn't make it clear...that each months - statements is $5! So I left swiftly, didn't realize I didn't get my change until I stopped @ a restaurant. I called the Customer Service #, as IK they were closed, and spoke to a lady, whereas she emailed and or left a message with Saria.(unsure of spelling). I am very appreciative....that this Financial Institution has really worked with me with my loans. But I don't appreciate the young lady..
per her supervisor once she returned my call, letting me know about the particulars on my $20 and chamge! IK this is trivial but you can't just take it upon yourself, and make a decision for me how to apply my moneys without my acknowledgement!.Going forward please ask and be clear on the activity being presumed.”
