These newbies aren’t cutting it for a high volume location! The store looks like a circus. They aren’t efficient in servicing guest timely or with accuracy! The old crew gave excellent, skillful and timely service that while ensuring customer care!
Edited and Update: after learning the store expansion to a new location and having to divide the dynamic team between both stores, I must say they are working hard to regain their proficiency with delivering great service while working in some of the newbies. Overall this location is still my favorite.”

“The truck driver went above and beyond his duty in wheeling my delivery to the house. He had to drag my gun safe at least 150 yards up a gravel driveway from the dirt road where he had to park in order to place it on the concrete pad by my shop. I wasn’t home at the time so couldn’t assist him. I asked my wife if he seemed upset after completing the journey. She said “ no , he had no complaints at all and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience”. This guy needs a raise as far as I’m concerned.”

This store has an excellent staff from the greeter, to the notary I used, to the UPS Store attendants. I will use this store again, even though there's a store closer, just because they're so helpful and good at their jobs.”
“I waited until to see if all my packages and letters reached their destinations from inside Georgia to Indiana and to California. Sent 9 packages/letters and all of them arrived safely.
When looking at post offices in the Atlanta area, I was shocked at how low the ratings were for other locations. Friends recommended I make the trip out to Avondale and I even took the Marta before walking.
So glad I did. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I apologized to both the lady who helped me and the other clients as I had so many things to send. They were all kind and understanding.

“We have been ordering from Cut Rate for many years under two different businesses. They have always provided the best service that has always been convenient with their delivery option. The box prices are unbeatable so much so that our sister companies in Florida and North Carolina always ask us to throw them some boxes on transfer trucks. The overrun boxes are great for us when shipping customer orders and the standard sizes are also great as they have some nice long boxes we use for items that are 4' plus. It save us and our customers so much money not having to ship thin but long items via freight truck.”

“I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. I'm a retail innovation and customer experience consultant, so I REALLY notice both the big and the little things...and this location sets the bar. I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I can’t believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!”
