“Another great place to shop and place to get good priced tools and home improvement supplies. Always a friendly staff, very clean and nice environment to shop at, store is new and very conveniently located. When shopping you can visit Walmart, Home Depot and Harbor Freight all in the same shopping trip. I highly recommend this location and will be returning to purchase additional supplies for the house and work.”
“Dropped by the Trenton Ace Hardware after neither the Henagar or Rainsville had splines to replace the screens in my windows. This store is the Super Walmart of Hardware Stores. The building was clean and well-maintained. The merchandise was unbelievable and they not only had the splines I needed but had them in different colors, too. Notice staff was all very young. The item I needed I was familiar with. Wonder if the staff is able to answer questions; they aren't old enough to had very much experience. But whoever hired them--it seems--made sure they had learned enough, already, about courtesy and good Customer

“Bought a chainsaw bar from this location. When I got home, put it on the saw and it was bent. Went back to the parts department and was DENEID both a refund and/or exchange of the defective part. The exact words of the fellow behind the counter was "you should have checked to make sure this new part wasn't bent before you left the store."
Update: The very polite and professional parts and service manager, Stan, reached out to me over the issue, and has agreed that it is necessary for a replacement bar to be mailed to me at my home town 2 hours away.
Although I had a foul experience with one employee here, management saw to it that I was treated fairly in the end, do I redact my initial rating. Would be five starts if it hadn't been for the confusion and negligence of the staff member who troubled me.”

“This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta. We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window. Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue. Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.”

“Selected two new wall mounted outdoor light fixtures to complement our rebuilt back deck this week. Lowe's had a great selection of options! The Birchwood farmhouse/industrial style has a 12W integrated LED so no changing out bulbs. We're skeptical but hopeful. It took trial and error to find the right bulb for the Halyard to match the LED color/warmth. Best match for us is the GE Relax LED 'neutral warm white light' (most yellow colored box). It was super easy to return the bulbs we didn't like and repurchase another option. “Huge shoutout to Trent at the Home Depot in Hiram, GA! We’ve been without AC for almost a week waiting on a warranty part and finally decided to invest nearly $800 in a large portable AC unit and some fans just to get some relief. Unfortunately, when we got home, the unit was missing several key parts.
