“Not bad experience. I guess they do truck rental on first come first serve basis. Beware the availability online may not be the same at the store. Drove to this location because I was told a truck was available to rent. When I arrived it took the workers 15 minutes to finally agree that they had a van available and find the correct keys. Once everything was all straight all other service was good.”

“I enjoy going to the Douglasville store but am so glad they just built a store in Carrollton. Both stores are equally satisfying to shop at and we find different things at both store to keep us coming back everytime. This is my go-to store for tools and other awesome gadgets I never new I needed. The selections have increased so much its crazy. If your into do-it yourself projects run go check this place out. Rather it's your house or car they've got you.”

“I needed a new air filter for my AC unit and couldn’t find the dimensions I needed at any local Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace Hardware. I called this business to inquire if they had the specific air filter size I needed in stock and they did, so I got in my car and drove all the way from Peachtree City to Douglasville. It was so worth the 40 minute drive because the customer service from the moment I entered the building through the time I left was superb. Scott was amazing and so were the other gentlemen. “Excited. Loved visiting this Home Depot store located at Lithia Springs with my hubby. I really wanted an Eco show. While he did the shopping a Mr. Jeffrey asked if he could assist me. When I told him I wanted an Eco Show but missed the sales on amazon, he asked how much they were. He was so kind and knocked of $25.00 . Left me speechless. This employee was very helpful and kind. Though I greatly appreciate the discount, what really stood out was how courteous he was. Not all employees take the time to offer assistance so respectfully and with a smile.”

“I placed a pick up order at this location on my way to Atlanta... who knew blinds were so hard to come by! Once I got here I parked in the pickup spot and within 2 minutes someone was out with my blinds! They didn't ask to verify my name, etc but I'm glad I was able to get the correct order. Probably won't ever stop here again unless it's a similar situation. Can't really comment on other aspects of the store since I didn't walk inside.”
