He also thought of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to ask about, including making sure the pickup location had the correct hoses and everything needed to properly hook up my washer and dryer. Before delivery, I realized I had a question about something that appeared to be missing for the dryer. Sean took the time to reach out to a plumber to confirm exactly what was needed so I wouldn’t run into a problem on delivery day. This is what true customer service looks like. Sean genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish.
