“For all you fellow older folks out there: do you remember the days before big-box retailers? Back when finding a specific part or tool meant heading down to your local hardware store, not just to buy what you needed, but to get solid advice from people who actually knew what they were talking about? Or, on the off chance the employees didn’t know, how another customer would overhear you and offer a helpful tip?
This is one of those places. It’s like stepping into a time machine back to the '80s. Everybody here is unbelievably polite, courteous, and helpful. They will bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of, and if they don't have what you need, they will find it for you at another store. This is my new go-to hardware store.”
“Great service! I had went high and low to find a stain match for my old kitchen cabinets from 1980s. I was ready to forget my kitchen update until a former customer recommended this business. “I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean at Lowe’s! I purchased a new washer and dryer, and from the beginning Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
He didn’t just help me with the purchase and send me on my way. He kept up with my delivery, stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and made sure I knew what was happening next. He also thought of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to ask about, including making sure the pickup location had the correct hoses and everything needed to properly hook up my washer and dryer.
Before delivery, I realized I had a question about something that appeared to be missing for the dryer. Sean took the time to reach out to a plumber to confirm exactly what was needed so I wouldn’t run into a problem on delivery day.
This is what true customer service looks like. Sean genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You just don’t come across this level of service very often anymore, and when you do, that person deserves to be recognized.
Lowe’s is very lucky to have Sean. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making one part of moving into a new home a whole lot easier!”
