“I was visiting Georgia from out of state and had forgot my belt. So I stopped at this location and was genuinely shocked by the amazing customer service from the associate. I’m sorry I am not 100% sure of her name but I believe it was China. It was the afternoon hours of 03/28/2026. When I came inside the store she was assisting a customer and giving 110%. I haven’t seen that kind of sincere customer service in many years”
“Good deals on shoes. clothing is kind of a rip off to me. Not many sections for plus size, i wear a xl and it not many clothing for that. however great deals on shoes. Employees are a hit or miss with service. some are great and some just want to avoid everyone!”

“Tons of discount on crocs of old styles to new styles. The deals are good and you get your money worth. However, the employees do need to do a lot better assisting and saying welcome etc. Not once i hear them say welcome or hello from the employees. They all seem very upset to be there but no problem to taking a purchase. I come here to get the best deals on shoes, but customer service could be better. it is a hit or miss here. there are times they have great customer service then they have horrible service.”
“I have been wearing SAS shoes for many years , great arch support and comfort , gotta take care of my dogs!! I had a pair on when I went in and Jed showed me identical in size and width , so off to checkout ! I said I hate spending that kind of money on shoes and he told me there was 25% off , so I bought two pairs and saved a bundle , walked out smiling , thanks jed”
“Libby was absolutely amazing!! She saw how upset I was after receiving “help” from another associate and offered to help me. She stretched out the calfs of the boots and answered every question I had, even gave me tips and tricks to keep my boots clean and comfortable. Had the best customer service experience with her and loved how she connected not only with me but with my baby. 10/10 recommend getting helped by Libby.”

“Visited this location about 5 times and it’s always a hit! My most recent visit was on 1/1/26, and even with all the Christmas shopping just wrapping up, the store didn’t feel picked over or empty. Everything was very neat, organized, easy to shop, and which made the experience even better.
The prices were really good, with lots of sales still going on, and the selection was impressive. They had current and popular items like Nike Tech, Nike Pro, Jordan, LeBron, Giannis, Ja Morants, Vomeros, Dunks, Air Forces, Air Maxes, and more…plenty of options for both casual wear and performance gear.
The staff are always real chill and helpful. I’ve been in the sneaker game since the early 90’s, so I’ve visited numerous Nike outlets over these decades…some aren’t worth the time and this location is always a must stop for me whenever I’m traveling from NC to GA. Consistently great deals, solid inventory, and a clean, well run store. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. 2 thumbs up!!”
“A bit of a hike from where I live so I gave the store a call to make sure it was worth the drive. While the product selection is limited being an outlet store Xiomara took time to check inventory for multiple items to see if what I was looking for could be in-stock when I arrive.”
