She helped me thru the process and got everything set up. She has checked in on my periodically to make sure my needs are met. Then COVID... my other big named bank refused to process my PPP account because I didnt have a loan product with them. Not only did Chase process my application but Brittany worked with me and held my hand thru the process. I'm so thrilled with the bank and the service I have received.”
