“I had great experiences at both Norcross and Marietta locations. I was working on a basement project and found NeXGen flooring here at a great price. The flooring has been a great fit for the project, and the staff were helpful and easy to work with. I’d recommend checking them out if you’re looking for flooring or home improvement materials.”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Home Center Outlet so far! We are replacing our front door, and Monica has been incredibly patient, kind and responsive with all my questions. She’s even offered to ship additional wood so that we can test out different stains and finishes before staining the entire door, and she’s having their craftsmen drill dummy holes on the non-active door at no additional cost. There are a lot of big decisions, and it’s not an inexpensive investment, but she’s made me feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. 10/10 customer service! ⭐Can’t wait for this door to be delivered Friday!”

“When we started our kitchen renovation I stopped by ProSource to get ideas for the backsplash. Holly was available and as always offered to help with suggestions, or let me peruse on my own. She is always fantastic even tho' I am not sure I'm the best customer!? We ordered our tile right before their warehouse planned to close for remodeling so she gave us options to pick it up - worked perfectly. When the tile setter arrived we talked about the layout and changed to a herringbone at a 90 degree angle. Because of the tile layout we were short tile - 2 pieces. Holly was fantastic again as she ordered the tile, we picked it up at 8:30am the next morning and the backsplash was finished by noon. We've order a lot from ProSource - fireplace stacked stone, carpet, master bath tile, sinks. Holly has always been very helpful and I love the one-stop shopping available! Thanks, All!”

“What a great rental store. Donald and Dan run this like its their own business. Equipment is newer, but it is clear that they take pride in keeping everything well maintained and in order. Rented a heavy piece of equipment and Dan was very accommodating in helping me load and unload from the back of my van using a lift. Further away for me than other rental choices but I will be back for the quality of equipment and excellent customer service.”

“This HD store is fine, but self checkout is not fun.... On the spot discounts should be use as an incentive to use self check out.... otherwise self check out is detractor. Nothing Changed, same”

“I’ve shopped at this Home Depot several times for both big projects and small fixes, and my experiences have been mixed. On the positive side, they have one of the largest selections of tools, building materials, appliances, and garden supplies you’ll find anywhere. you can usually find what you’re looking for in one trip. Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”

“I recently bought a house next to this store and have been experiencing the home buyers curse of everything breaking, so I'm a frequent flyer here multiple times a week. The store is clean and easy to navigate. However, the welcoming staff is what makes it. They are not only knowledgeable on the store, but so many of them actual understand home improvement and are excited to help. They have given me so many great ideas saving me time and money while ultimately leading to home upgrades better than I ever envisioned. Everytime I've had an issue with a product they have always refunded or discounted to take care of me. In the few short months I've lived here, I'm pretty sure I'm on a first name basis with more of the staff at Home Depot than I am with my Church. Shout outs to Janice and Don for everything.”

“I would like to appreciate the Lowe’s associate at Alpharetta, in Georgia. The gentleman’s name is Mr. Ernie. He is very experienced, professional and kind. He went out of his way to help me. He is also a very honest person and I think Lowe’s has employed a genuinely great associate. Although his manager was not very cooperative and wanted us to carry the stuff ourselves which weighed 300 lbs. We are not Olympic level weightlifters !!! Ernie being a true gentleman arrange a power lift to help unload the item. Thanks again Ernie for the help.”

“I came into the store feeling overwhelmed by the number of options available. Toni took the time to help me find what I needed and offered several useful suggestions along the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to her assistance, my shopping experience was much easier and far less stressful. With more associates like Toni, shopping at Lowe's would be a very pleasant experience.”
