“I was serviced by Eric Santiago on May 29th and he was absolutely incredible. He was very patient with my father who was unfamiliar with the T-Mobile app, and gave use practical and helpful advice on how to maximize our T-Mobile experience. On top of all this he was also helping other customers in a professional and efficient manner. Definitely was my best visit to T-Mobile ever. Thank you Eric!”
“OKAY PEOPLE, I visited the same store again today August 17, 2026 this morning. I was greeted by staff with a smile when they opened. NICK waited on me and my friend. He asked how could he help us. NICK worked with both of us and we were in and out! Staff was very polite and quickly taking care of customers. JORDAN is very nice and pleasant. He greeted me with a smile and offered to help me set my new upgrade phone I ordered online. My friend also had a new phone she wanted set up too that she ordered online. He worked with both of us. GOOD conversation while he was working with us. JORDAN is a 10/ 10!! Now I went home and noticed some of my texts messages didn't transfer over to my new phone so I decided to go back another day. ASIA greeted me this time with a smile. I explained my situation to her about the texts messages. I actually wanted this particular texts messages saved due to sentimental reasons and I expressed it to her. She was very polite, showed concern and tried EVERYTHING to help me in getting the texts messages. We also had GREAT conversations and she informed me on what to do, offered her number to me if I had any issues. She also stated to call her and let her know when I was ready to turn in my old phone so I could get my promotion discount. ASIA was AWESOME and I really truly appreciated EVERYTHING she helped me with.💯💯 ASIA is a 10/ 10!!”
“Was super worried about switching from T-Mobile to Verizon online, so I went in the store. Based on previous reviews, I wasn't sure that I'd actually be getting the help I needed. I was very wrong. I only waited a few minutes and was checked in without even needed to ask. My sales rep was Roscoe, and he was truly awesome and such a great employee! He helped explain all of my options, answered concerns I have, and even outlined (and wrote down) every single feature of my new plan that they didn't include on my print out sheet. I left knowing all of my potential discounts, all of my features, and how to switch my phone service easily from my home. While I had some issues actually setting up the phone, I knew that if I was really stuck that I could walk right into this Verizon store and get the help I needed from Roscoe and any of the other employees. They were all wonderful and made me feel confident in my switch! Big shout out to Roscoe though!”
“A pretty helpful place when you need to find something like phone cases, but the staff does speak mostly Spanish with a little bit of English. The staff helped us find a phone case to the phone we had, since they didn't have the exact phone casing type we had they tried to find something similar. We didn't find one the fit just right but overall great customer service!”

The spectrum representative Joe Handled what I thought a difficult transition with ease I am so glad that I went to the spectrum store and I would recommend the Stockbridge office to anyone who needs help with spectrum I would give them 10+ stars.”
