“A pretty helpful place when you need to find something like phone cases, but the staff does speak mostly Spanish with a little bit of English. The staff helped us find a phone case to the phone we had, since they didn't have the exact phone casing type we had they tried to find something similar. We didn't find one the fit just right but overall great customer service!”

“Teddy made the experience of transferring VOIP services easy and stress-free. He handled most if not all of the communication required to onboard and was able to get us a great deal on our service. But the main reason that I was so eager to write this review was due to how reliable, competent and dedicated he was to getting the job done right. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone in need of business communication services!”

“I love T-Mobile and the service they provide! The only downside is that the customer service can be pretty slow at times. I’m sure the team is doing their best, but it seems like they could use a little more staff to help accommodate customers. That said, once you’re assisted, the staff is always very professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and appreciate the effort they put into helping their customers!”

“I migrated from metro pcs to T-Mobile, I went in and Joseph was absolutely Phenomenal and Amazing! First of all the agent messed up my account so bad that I was so frustrated. Joseph really had to go in and correct what Metro Pcs had messed up. He was so cool calm and was professional throughout this transaction. I was in the store for a little more than an hour and he remained confident in fixing my order. I ended up getting 2phones and a Tablet. I was pleased and was very glad that Joseph was able to correct my order from the huge error Metro pcs had made. He deserves a round of applause and a standing Ovation. Thank you so much Joseph you are awesome in your customer service I appreciate you and your manager For everything you've done for me!”

When you have an issue there is only a small group of people who you will talk with and often it is the owner. They take good care of you. Very happy to be a customer.”
