“My businesses have had co-located servers at Cyber Wurx for almost 20 years. Their service is personal and professional, prompt and friendly.Uptime has been so good I don't recall a time in the past decade (or longer) there's been downtime. When my company moved to another state years ago, we were nervous about no longer being nearby. They have handled remote service so well including drive swaps, and our concerns evaporated - it's actually been more convenient than sending our tech was.I deal with hosting companies daily on behalf of my clients. I can say with a great deal of confidence that these are good people at a good company. I highly recommend them.”

“Managers beware. Your employees are key to your business. Yesterday I conducted business at t-mobile in Morrow. The employee didn't take the time to look in the system to solve my problem, she wasn't rude but I was disturbed that she didnt make an effort. I probably would not return. However, today my issue was resolved rather quickly at the Stockbridge store by Ashley who took time to look in the system and was able to fix the problem. Not only will I return, but I will be making 2 purchases. Employees serve us, your customers with care and customers let the managers know when you receive excellent customer service. I do, and thanks Ashley.????”

“Today I went in to verify my identity , the store wasn’t crowded , 3 agents were there, only agent that was free was “Tacori” who assisted me in getting my identity verified for a line of credit since I was unable to do it online for whatever reason. It was smooth experience only downside is that I have to wait 24hrs for a response after providing documentation of my identity I.E Social security card and ID to see what my options and down payment for what I want would be. Just thought I’d post this review since this was an actual experience I had today.”

After an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH customer service representatives over the phone from the silly 1-800 number, I wish I had the name of the team that helped us before going to this location, but they all really did a great job getting me and my sister out on a timely matter. I really dislike ?? the customer service rep over the phone they gave us the run around,and how hard it is to get them on the phone, but THIS LOCATION. Of professionals and the rep that told us to go there for the modem, they were like Polar opposite of the experience we had on the phone. The 1-800 number is a joke and make xfinity look like trash. Kadijah and this team made them look like two separate companies! Great location great team.”

“After a week of back & forth with customer service via telephone, I came in-store. & what a huge difference it made.Kamani & his great customer service got me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. + he said if I ever need any further assistance or needs, to call the store. If I had the capability to physically kick myself in the a**, I would as this process was so much more easier. I definitely won't contact CS via telephone again & will pop in if needed.”

“I went to the store to ask questions about my bill. A young man by the name of CJ waited on me. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see what he was showing me but when I tell you this young man went above and beyond. I have worked customer service for 15yrs and as a young person he was awesome. He explained my bill set me up with a new promotion and a better price than what I was paying which was my issue. He was very polite and patient with me (a 67 year old woman without her glasses) you don’t find that much these days so I just wanted to give him KUDOS for a job well done!!!!!”
