“A pretty helpful place when you need to find something like phone cases, but the staff does speak mostly Spanish with a little bit of English. The staff helped us find a phone case to the phone we had, since they didn't have the exact phone casing type we had they tried to find something similar. We didn't find one the fit just right but overall great customer service!”

“I migrated from metro pcs to T-Mobile, I went in and Joseph was absolutely Phenomenal and Amazing! First of all the agent messed up my account so bad that I was so frustrated. Joseph really had to go in and correct what Metro Pcs had messed up. He was so cool calm and was professional throughout this transaction. I was in the store for a little more than an hour and he remained confident in fixing my order. I ended up getting 2phones and a Tablet. I was pleased and was very glad that Joseph was able to correct my order from the huge error Metro pcs had made. He deserves a round of applause and a standing Ovation.
