“100% honest review here. This was my first apartment ever, and I am so blessed to be able to live somewhere safe, luxury feeling, QUIETTTTTT!!!!! (I am a nursing student, so I need a quiet community away from loud college kids). When I tell you it is so quiet at night I can hear the WIND blowing! I have no complaints and will be renewing my lease even if the rent is raised, I will not leave this community unless I get a job offer out of state. it is amazing, management & staff here is so friendly and smile and care about how you are doing, monthly events/giveaways. No mechanical/appliance/AC issues. The residents are all very kind, quiet, and well-mannered. Dogs are always kept on a leash and cleaned up after. The facility itself is always clean, the elevator occasionally may break (once every couple months), but other than that, I love it here and I am very hard to please, so take my word for it as a picky woman lol.
ALSO: Cobb County Police (courtesy) live here, you will always see their cars parked here, and are always here to ensure safety, which I have never experienced, and that is amazing to have people on site in case they hear/see anything suspicious. It's basically a PD on site. I feel very protected here as a young woman living alone, so if safety is an issue, this is the place.”

“HUGE Kudos to Our New Maintenance Supervisor! A True Lifesaver!
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for our new maintenance supervisor. I've lived here for three years, and unfortunately, due to constant management changes, I've experienced some ongoing maintenance issues that haven't been resolved. Specifically, my dishwasher has been out of commission for quite some time. This forced me to wash all my dishes in the sink, and due to the increased weight and strain, my sink literally fell apart and was hanging on for dear life! It's been a really tough situation.
However, with the arrival of our new management team and this fantastic maintenance supervisor, everything has changed! I was genuinely surprised and thrilled when he came to my door ready to address the issues. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, *swift* in getting the job done.
After so long, it's almost unbelievable that my dishwasher and sink are finally working properly! This is a testament to the supervisor's dedication, expertise, and commitment to providing excellent service. He truly saved the day!
I truly hope that this new management team and our outstanding maintenance supervisor are here to stay. They are already making a significant positive impact on our community, and I believe their presence will greatly improve the living experience for all residents. Thank you for bringing in such a valuable asset!

“The maintenance team Jermaine, Johnny & Steve are the best this community has had in our 7 years here. Service requests are addressed quickly even with large items like appliances needing to be replaced. Though i have limited interactions with the front office the staff is polite and attentive.”

“I took a tour with leasing agent Matthew Roachford and he provided me with excellent service. He did a fantastic job showing me the amenities and providing insight on the overall culture in the complex. I will definitely be renting with this complex due to his excellent service.
The campus itself is every bit of exquisite. From the cabanas by the pool to the fitness center that rival most local gyms to the sports bar within the complex. This location is prime luxury and should be on everyone’s list of places to look at when apartment hunting.”
