“I recently had my Rivian R1T repaired at Driven Collision, and overall, I was quite impressed with their service. The communication and transparency throughout the process were stellar; they kept me updated every step of the way, which made a big difference.

My only two complaints, first is the timeline, it took about two months to complete the work. While I understand that quality repairs can take time, it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate upfront. Second, is they had my vehicle for two months and gave it back to me with 34% charge. I would have hope being a specialist in EVs, they would have at least charged my vehicle to 90%.

Despite the wait, I appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the repairs. I would definitely recommend Driven Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs!”

“SK Auto Body Repair have the kindest staff. I was in a real pickle. Two days before our return to Kennesaw from New Orleans my new hearing aid slid under our Toyota Highlander console when I tried to find it after it fell between the seats, then under the front seat between a slit on the bottom of the console. Shannon's team pulled out the front seat and the console then examined the insides extensively. I was so distraught because we were leaving the next day to visit our grandkids and wanted to hear them best. Despite Shannon's team diligence there was no result. It is lost in the bowels of our car.
Shannon felt so sorry for me, despite my protests, he did not charge due to no results. They went above and beyond to help a despondent grandmother. No matter what service is needed for your car, SK Automotive is the answer. I can't recommend them high enough!!”

“Big Shout Out to Sales Manager Jeremy G. For helping me save $500 on a repair that wasn't even needed. His Expertise and Knowledge definitely came in clutch after doing a quick diagnostic and the error code for Slow Vacuum leak came up. Jeremy then proceeded to ask me if I had a fuel cap error on my dashboard recently and I responded YES!! Low and behold I needed to replace my Gas Cap and here's the kicker, I was actually missing my gas cap ALL Along!! Jeremy Awesome job man you deserve a raise!!! “Went 3 different car dealerships- looking for a YUKON ... and was completely unsatisfied with the customer service-- as I was heading home .. I seen a dealership . They had SUV . Every where - (. Exactly what I was looking for ). so I decided to stop. Right away when me and my husband got out the car - a guy came out and greet us ., ( his name was NICK ) he ask us a couple questions and SHOW US .. this beautiful YUKON SUV - it had everything we wanted in a SUV. “There are not words available in the English language! These guys have gone above and beyond! I already had a supercharged 5.0 F-150 and their first step took it to a new level. That was both fun and amazing, but it had a few issues. They absolutely welcomed me back and took care of all of the issues and then some! I just brought the home truck today and it is absolutely a monster! If you have something similar you know what I'm talking about. But this new update is absolutely out of this world! Apparently they put uranium or plutonium in the gas tank? LOL this thing is a nuclear bomb equivalent! If you have the want, they definitely have the ability! If you have doubts, contact them. I had hit something on the road that bent front plastic spoiler on the bottom right side of the front end and stopped by and asked him if it would be hard to get it pulled back out and the guy looks at it and said you got a minute and I said yes. So he took my keys and took it back in the shop and 15minutes later brought it back out with it fixed and would not take any money. What a Guy ? YOU VERY MUCH.”

“This is a good location that I have bought from for years. It is not as big as some of the newer stores , but works fine for its size. The staff here has always been helpful in finding items and returns. There is also places to eat and a Publix in the same parking lot. The only reason for 4 stars is some tools can be cheap , but most are good quality and work fine. Also they allow you to get replacement plans for tools that go bad. The plans work and returns go smoothly.”

“Perfect! I made an appointment with someone who's last name is Williams. Totally can't think of her name right now, but i was greeted by Diana upon my arrival and that's who assisted me with my window and my oil change. This was my first time coming to this location. I typically drive to Chamblee, but since I'm not reporting to an office, this location is closer to home. I love the Chamblee location, I've gotten 3 cars from the guys there. So i was really nervous about coming some place new. We all know the horrors of being a woman and going to a dealership for service! But this location is pretty amazing. I had my temperature checked upon my arrival. Most of the workers had on mask. It doesn't seem like it's enforced here, but they definitely wear them when speaking to you about your car. Diane was super sweet and the young lady, who's last name is Williams actually sits right next to Diana, was just as nice. They helped pass the time of waiting with their sweet and candid personalities! I felt like I've known them for years! Well technically i have met Diana before, she used to work at Ed Voyles on Cobb parkway. I don't drive much since I'm not reporting to work anymore, but I'd definitely come back here! Super fast and friendly! They didn't make up stuff for me to get fixed. Diana even asked if i had a coupon or anything to help with cost!!”
