I called customer service and they were not able to help me, they suggested that go into one of the stores to get help. I went into the store and this young gentleman was very knowledgeable. He called customer service and he was able to help me change my password. Nathan's customer service was impeccable.”

“6+ months ago I created an account with Verizon in hopes of switching from my previous provider. When I did this, I could never actually access my account (couldn’t login, couldn’t pay anything, etc.). I kept receiving phone calls from Verizon to pay my bill but I had only had their service for one day and since I couldn’t access anything I joined ATT (which has been great).
Flash forward to 3 months ago, I was receiving bills for $50+ for an account I could never access. This is because it was deactivated. After hours of called and meeting with customer service in person, I was told that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything with this deactivated Verizon account. They said I was good and not to worry. A couple months ago I received an email that I now owed $5.50 and this went to collections.
Today, I went to this in-person Verizon store and Jessenia, the store manager, was very understanding and helpful. She helped me try to find my account number and point me in the right direction for who to contact next.
Overall, my experience at this store was wonderful as far as customer service is concerned.”
“Nice, neat store with a clean restroom, right by the front entrance. They are as good as Wal-Mart. You can find nice men's, women's, and children's clothing. The makeup section was well stocked and delightfully lit up. We came for bedding and found some great decorative pillows and sheets. Don't know why I do not remember to shop at Target. This location even has a grocery section and a pharmacy. I do not believe that they do car repairs. We received good customer service Overall, maybe I will shop there more often. For the Starbuck's lovers, there is one next to the front door.”
