They were able to take Harley (11 yrs, 50lb mix) as a walk-in for a nail trim. He came back out happy, tail wagging, and with perfectly trimmed nails. Thank you to their team!
My vision/bifocals have made it much harder for me to safely trim his dark toenails to the right length. It was just a matter of time before I nick him. I’ve been looking for a place I could trust to do them. This was exactly what I needed. I really appreciate the care they took with Harley as well as other clients.
It was also nice to see that every client who was finishing up or waiting for owners seemed very happy with their experience too. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Spaw Selene!

My puppy just had her third grooming appointment, and every visit has been wonderful. They always do an amazing job, and the staff is so kind, patient, and caring. It’s obvious how much they love the dogs they work with—my puppy gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot, which gives me so much peace of mind.

She was a puppymill dog and she was paranoid. To have left her overnight alone in a crate would have probably made her a basket case.

Dr. Hirst was so attentive during the month long process of getting his glucose controlled. She called me almost daily and texted me from her personal phone one night when he bottomed out with a new plan, what signs to look for, and assured me to not worry. I've never received this kind of care at any other veterinary practice. I especially love that they also dont pressure you or make you feel guilty for bypassing services/vaccines.

7800 GA-92, WoodstockWe drove 2 hours for our golden retriever puppy to have OCD lesion surgery with Dr. Peck and it was 1000% worth the drive. Every single person here was so incredibly kind and considerate. Lisa had hand written a list of things for us to do and places to eat while we wait. There was an emergency surgery they added in but instead of making us leave our pup they allowed us to sit and wait with her til they were ready! They gave us a comfort kit for her to help her relax. The staff is absolutely top tier and I can not recommend enough!

We need to have him sedated whenever he needs his nails trimmed and vaccines. Dr. Elizabeth Hamblin is excellent and always takes the time to explain what work was done and make recommendations. Also a special callout to Taylor for prepping Cooper and setting him up for the Doctor.

110 Dixie Drive, WoodstockOur dog sugar had Tyler for her trainer. He was amazing. Sugar is a pit bull and very stubborn. She would jump on our grand children, us and anyone else who came close to her. We could not take her anywhere. On the day her training was over we were told to meet Tyler at the Reformation Brewery in Woodstock and we were shocked. People were all around her, other dogs but she sat beside Tyler with no reaction to what was going around her. He showed us how to control her with the leash, how to place and not put up with the nonsense she usually did. We are beyond thrilled with Sugars training. We have to continue with her training. He did all the hard work and we have to continually follow up with her. Like I said very stubborn girl. But Tyler gave us the tools. This has opened a new world for Sugar. We are so happy she can enjoy people, dogs and traveling with us wherever we go. So a sincere thanks to OTCK9. What an amazing adventure for Sugar.

We tried the mussels, Brussels sprouts, burgers, chicken tenders, a few salads and of course some dessert (brownie and apple pie) nothing was left! There were generous portion sizes, making it a good value, and the staff was friendly & attentive. The owner came over to wish our son a happy birthday and treated him to his dessert with a candle!

She was incredibly informative on my options and how things were cooked and I felt more than comfortable dining with Ipps. She was incredibly kind as well!! For those with celiac like me I would highly recommend because they have all sort of options! They have pizza and pasta for not additional up charge for gluten free which is AMAZING. They also can bring gf bread to the table but the bread is $3, I personally did not get it because of that but I’m sure it is great!

Refuge Rescue
8744 Main St, WoodstockI reached out to Michelle when I took in a dog from a neighbor who did not want him. She did everything in her power to help me find a rescue for him. Luckily I found a loving home and family for him but she worked endlessly too find a foster before I found his forever family! She never made me feel dumb for all of the questions I had. Even when she was busy she had someone to message me back when I reached out. She is an amazing lady and absolutely loves and care for every animal!
