Auto gets in and out in fair amount of time. Roger works with your insurance company and won't let your insurance company take advantage of you. Believe me, there was plenty of damage to our Santa cruz. Not only did they fix our vehicle, but after some miscommunication with the insurance company (usaa), they covered a few extra days of car rental due to this misunderstanding.
