“How to explain hands down the best car buying experience ever….Hmmmm well coming from someone who works in a dealership selling powersports we all fear the “car sales” experience….This Damn dealership slapped in Kingsland GA which is 45 minutes from Jacksonville where I live and the dealers failed to earn my business… Bennett and the Entire staff down to the man who rode back to jax with me in my new Ram to grab my other trade…I wish I could remember names unfortunately I was too damn excited!!! Y’all know who you are and everyone should be acknowledged…You’ve earned my business and future business with the fastest and easy going process I’ve ever experienced that I had to keep asking if I was good to go cause I was in disbelief!! “My 2019 Duramax lost the number 3 injector on the way home from fla after buying a boat. I pulled in in limp mode. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my truck with in 4 hours. Cant say enough good about them. When I do buy a new Duramax it will be from Bennett Chevrolet. Outstanding service guys and gals”
“Roger good honest people. I've known Roger over 20 years. He does excellent top quality body and paint work. State of the art equipment from paint booth to frame straightening machine. Auto gets in and out in fair amount of time. Roger works with your insurance company and won't let your insurance company take advantage of you. “We had our vehicle fixed by extreme auto body. In the beginning, it wasentn't right, but after pointing out the imperfections, they made sure it was done to near new. Believe me, there was plenty of damage to our Santa cruz. Not only did they fix our vehicle, but after some miscommunication with the insurance company (usaa), they covered a few extra days of car rental due to this misunderstanding. I highly recommend them not only they cared about there customers but they made sure the vehicle was fixed right.”
