“Employee named Jesse drove 20 miles to get a water pump for me. We were pulling a large 5th wheel camper on the way home to Pennsylvania. Camped overnight nearby and woke up with a leaking water pump in my truck. To avoid me risking completely breaking down on the road he used his lunch break to get the pump at another store.(their store didn't have one in stock). He even refused a generous tip i offered. The manager noticed and she said this is normal for our employees here. We help people as best we can.”

“We are so appreciative of the kind men that stayed 30 minutes after the center was closing to put anew tire on our car. Our tire blew out on 95 and we were going 65 miles per hour. Luckily we did not get into an accident. We were able to make it to the service center right at closing time. They could have turned us away but instead they treated us with kindness and took care of our car. They also did not over charge us.. We are so grateful. It was such a blessing to have been able to continue with our trip.Service: Tires”
