“Brent provided top notch service two days in a row. A tow company had started my dead battery that afternoon and suggested I go to Advance to have my battery tested. Thinking I was a tourist who wouldn't be back Brent quickly and cheerfully tested my battery at no charge and told me it tested good and no need to replace it. I asked about a backup battery starter and he showed them to me and said my car needed only the cheapest one as it is four cylinder. I came back the next day to buy the starter and Brent signed me up for their rewards program and saved me twenty per cent. Brent said he has been with the store for 13 years and it shows in his knowledge and level of service.”
