He tested my battery and explained to me what was wrong and that my battery might last a little longer but I decided to just get a new battery instead of getting stuck somewhere in the heat. I don’t remember how long ago I got this last battery so I was probably due for a new battery soon. Thanks again.”
“I had a great experience here today. I stopped by because my Tahoe was acting funny and my husband thought it might be low on oil. The manager, it was either Daniel or David I can’t remember I’m sorry. He was so helpful! I was so stressed out because my husband is out of town for work and I was on the way to my daughter’s appointment. He helped me figure out which oil I needed, checked my oil, and put the oil in my Tahoe for me. It was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this store and will be using them again next time I need something.”

“My car died in the parking lot across the street from Paul Clark Ford they sent a guy over to jump my vehicle I required they check it out as not to happen again they started working on my vehicle immediately finding out I had a bad battery and replaced it. Everyone I spoke with at the quick lane were friendly and working hard I got out of there in about an hour. If I have a concern I think the battery price is a little to high but now a days what isn’t”

When you are made aware of the severity of a repair and how long it will take and how much it will cost, it is not the fault of Quick Lane that the vehicle was in the condition it was in.
