“Stopped by one day because my Amp Research step bars stopped working. They were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After it was all said and done, I’ve ended up with a new Camlocker tool box, air bags and a brake controller. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received, level of professionalism and quality of work from the guys in the shop. I would’ve selected six stars but five is the max.”

“I would like to take a quick moment and say a big Thank You to Kayla at the Hogansville Rd. location of Advance Auto Parts. I have a 1987 GMC s15 Jimmy (Same as S10 Blazer). My driver window switch went out. Mind you this was my off day and I could not roll up my window. So if it rained, I would be in trouble. After going to literally every auto parts place in town I stopped here as my last stop. She took the time to look up the part number. Search the entire store and locate the last one they had in stock. And the part only set me back about $15 bucks! I am so thankful and they will be getting all of my parts business from here on out. Give this woman a raise!”

I need a wheel bearings for my RV camper and I didn't have enough information with me for them to be able to help me with that. “Walking in the door, I was met by 2 employees who were more than helpful. My receipt says the gentleman’s name is Mr. Jerry. He went over and above not only to help me find the product I came for but for EXCEPTIONAL advice in regards of another part that I need for my car (aka my baby) and I cannot express enough how greatly I appreciate the advice that he gave me, after receiving bad advice from every other part store in Lagrange! He is not only an excellent employee but he was patient with me, and he deserves far more than just 5 stars! He’s 100⭐️ star employee! Jerry is bad to the bone and I will be seeing him and coming to the Advance Auto on New Franklin Rd moving forward! He earned a loyal customer in less than ten minutes flat! “The internal cable that releases my gas tank door presumably broke and I couldn’t get it open for ANYTHING. Car on E, gas light on, almost the end of the day, everything lol. Mr. J.W. pretty quickly helped me get the little door open and provided a temporary fix for the issue, while spreading some of God’s love. Perfect service from him and his coworkers! I greatly appreciate the help.”

“I purchased a truck for my husband as a Christmas gift but unbeknownst to myself came with some headache and rage inducing issues. Just a couple that could set anyone off honestly. Warranty company sent me to these guys. Reviews say it's iffy however they are under new management and Jay, the new general manager of course told me I'd most likely have to take the truck to the dealership but still bring it in to look and verify. He communicated everything with me and all it was was last mechanic to work on it did not tighten bolts. Truck also had missing bolts I found out about before taking it to them. Staff was extremely friendly. They made everything easy from understanding problems, potential problems as well as what steps to take next. They were absolutely awesome in everything from personal engagement to the handling of my truck. All this done with a sinus migraine I was fighting at the time. Other mechanics at other places do more picking and playing with me I noticed where as they were upfront and straight to the point while making me feel heard and kinda like family. Will most certainly take any future issues I may have to them. I'm happy I got to meet their new GM. Jay, you and your staff are awesome and again thank you for everything. You all made my week better versus the time I was having with this truck.”
“Good auto care center with fast service and great customer service representatives. They will take care of you and answer all your questions before any service. I mostly use the fast oil change for my Nissan Altima 2018. I only use Mobil 1 fully synthetic and they always have in store though it's a little higher in price than the other oils.They send messages on the phone about when the car is ready.Give them a try if you need lube, battery service, or oil change!”
