“Called them at 4:37, knowing they closed at 5, just to see if I could get scheduled early the next morning for a screw I had found in my tire. My tire was fixed by 4:48, free of charge. Not to say this should be the expected standard but more to comment how efficient, dependable, and polite these folks are! Thank you!!”

“Was passing by, we're not native of GA. Was having some brake trouble. Didn't end up getting the service because the parts were not readily available, but these guys are so so nice. The price they quoted me was very reasonable. If I lived around here, this would be my shop to go.”

“A huge thanks to Jenn & John for helping my family out while we were in the area on vacation. One of our party had car troubles and they diagnosed the car & repaired the issue quick enough for us to make our return trip home. There were absolutely no issues after they worked on it. The price was very reasonable and I’m very grateful they were willing to get it back to us so quickly. It’s hard to find a good, honest, and reliable mechanic, but you can stop looking because JennJohn’s is exactly that. Seriously, thank you very much for helping make our vacation great.”

“I had the absolute best experience at Josh's Auto today. I'm new in town, had my car break yesterday, and I used Google and my intuition to choose a mechanic. Thank God for Josh and his garage, because he got me in and out in a timely manner, was completely honest about my repair issues, and was wonderfully patient and kind throughout the process. So happy and grateful for the work I received on my car today from Josh's, thank you ???”

“We have been with Duvall and J&R for the past 4 years. Started has taking over for a friend. When the motor blew a few months later we were transitioned to a new vehicle within days. Eventually traded her in now we are on our 4th vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Jessica is amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend seeing Jessica if you are in need. Tell her Dee sent you ???”

“Rarely will you find a body shop as courteous and professional. We had a modest fender bender and, after getting all the OKs from the insurance company, took note of two recommendations from people whom we trust...and came to Casey. He could not have been more courteous...and as savvy as they come when dealing with insurance claims. Due to an additional find once the bumper came off (which Casey predicted might be the case), a supplemental communique was sent to the insurance company. No issues so far. We will have to bring the car back to Casey when the part (back ordered) arrives. It will be a pleasure having another experience with Casey and his team.”

“Thank you so much to everyone for your hospitality! I truly enjoyed the no pressure environment while we were going through the process of buying our Jeep. Our salesman Tyler was outstanding. Went the extra mile and exceeded our expectations being able to process our sale quickly. Denise knocked it out of the park with squaring away of our documents, setting us up with an easy day at the tag office.”

“I had an issue with my vehicle and had it towed to this dealership. The vehicle was making a grinding noise from one of the wheels. They said they were busy and probably couldn’t work on it until the next day at the earliest. But BJ had one of her techs take a quick look at it and the issue was gone. The tech said the noise was most likely from a small rock caught between the brake rotor and the dust shield and probably fell out while being transported to the dealership. I really appreciate them taking a look at it even though they were busy. This dealership has the nicest people working there.”

“Great place to go for fast in and out service. Here in the mountains we often have to wait a week or longer just to get a oil change. We drive from Hiawassee to Clayton to get our oil changed, and every time, I've gotten in and out in 20 minutes tops”

“This dealership truly goes above and beyond for both existing and new (out of town) clients. My father in law has used this dealership for years to buy numerous cars of various make and model, and he has experienced nothing but top notch customer service over the years. This past weekend I found myself in a real bind when I discovered that my license had fallen into an unreachable crevice deep in a ford rental I had gotten at the ATL airport, and I was due to fly out the next day with two toddlers in tow. Every employee was super empathetic regarding my situation and was willing to rearrange the schedule to try and help my family late on a Friday afternoon, even though they knew that my primary residence is in Mississippi and that I was unlikely to ever purchase a vehicle from them. They were able to retrieve my license and save the day for my family’s journey home the next day. This business isnt just about numbers and the bottom line. They care about people and families, and that’s refreshing in this day and age. I just might fly up to buy my next gmc truck (and visit the in laws) from them because they freaking rock! Thanks again, friends!”
