I absolutely was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in an associate assisted me.
Now I may have been lucky to have Nevia wait on me but regardless the attention I received put me right at ease. She patiently listened to my concerns and let me know she could definitely help me. I had a phone bought on line with a trade in deal for a free phone. I needed to get my tradein evaluated and a receipt. I also was in need of an additional phone. She took me through process with ease and I never once felt pressured to buy into anything additionally.
She did have a couple of offers but with no pressure. I would give Nevia an A++. So glad she was my associate.”

Upon walking through the door, I was warmly greeted and offered service immediately. Then to follow my multiple questions and issues. Anita took initiative and very professionally navigated me through all my issues and in great detail offered solutions all my questions. “I got tired of calling Verizon customer service line so we went into the store to see if they can help us. Roberto was there by himself but he helped in no time. I never left Verizon so quick and got my problem fixed. He didn't hesitate to fix our issues and help us out even afterwards to make sure that it is fully fixed. Thanks again we will def be back!”
