“I came in to fix my sons 2 month old new iphone. The two ladies fought with their own Customer Service over the phone for more than an hour to get my son a brand new replacement phone. The store manager finally just said 'here Im sending you a new phone. It should be delivered in two days.' It was delivered on the day she said. I was so thankful and impressed with their level of dedication to making sure we got what we should have. Reviews dont amount to how much appreciation they should be getting.”
