“I'm from smalltown Ohio with family in the Atlanta area. I chose this flower shop based on reviews and the products listed on the website.
I chose the centerpiece I wanted but purchased an enhanced version plus a tip. It was to be delivered 12/23/25. It was delivered on time but when the recipient sent a picture, it was not the enhanced version of the centerpiece I purchased.
I was upset and disappointed. I sent an email about 9:00 P.M. thinking I maybe would get a response the next day. About 15 minutes later I received a phone call from the owner of the shop who was actually at a family function. She stated the shop was closed the following day, (Christmas Eve) but she would look into the problem with the order. To make this shorter, the owner verified there was an error, was very apologetic, and the correct version of the centerpiece was freshly made and delivered in exchange for the incorrect version.
I was moved to tears because someone cared enough to make such an effort to ensure the perfect gift was delivered to the recipients. And I never expected all this would happen when the shop was closed for Christmas Eve.
This family-owned business has a very kind heart and truly care about their customers. It was extraordinary service, and the centerpiece was absolutely gorgeous! This is truly a 5-star business, and I will never forget their kind efforts.”
“Everybody who works there ist always super nice and offers help every time i am there! They have great plants and the prices are good for the rear plants they have there!
I only give 4 stars because some of the plants look a little bit damaged and are still on the full price. Maybe you can think about an clearance shelf for some of the damaged houseplants because i would buy them but not for the full price if a perfect looking one is right next to it for the same price. But i really enjoy beeing there everytime i go there because everbody is so nice and helpful.So keep going like this, you are great!!”

“My son had a class project for planting lettuce but we were unable to obtain any from Home Depot or Lowe’s. We stumbled upon Garland’s Garden and his customer service is top tier. The owner himself is a great person who attended to the plants and he is very knowledgeable about the plant. He educated my son on how to care for the plant. Thanks for everything.”
“Remind me of Ace Hardware's from the past. Very helpful staff. I go there all the time when I'm working in the area. Much more convenient than Home Depot that's for sure and their prices are remarkably similar”

“This place is really set up for professional landscapers to buy in larger quantities. The staff were super friendly and said that they would sell to homeowners, but they seemed hesitant. Probably because I didn't pull up in a stake bed truck made it obvious that I wasn't looking to leave with pallets of monkey grass.”
“Super easy renting a van for move on website then picking it up. Was fortunate to extend the rental period since the van was needed for longer. Associates were friendly, helpful and informative and the process went very smooth. Recommended if needing to rent.”
“I was getting frustrated looking for an item,I asked one of the worker for help,wasn't much help at all. He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

“Mulch You Very Much!
Sure, this review is for a family member — but don't let that fool you. If the work had been bad, I would've just posted a picture of the mulch pile with no caption and let the silence speak for itself.
But nope — these mulch legends crushed it. Literally. The yard went from “what even is that patch of dirt?” to “is this the front lawn of a spa?” All thanks to the most majestic pile of shredded wood you’ve ever seen.
They showed up early, worked hard, didn’t even complain about the 947-degree weather, and somehow made mulch look fancy. It’s like they sprinkled landscaping fairy dust over everything.
If your yard is looking rougher than a gas station hot dog, hit them up. They’ll mulch your mess into a masterpiece.”
“A friend and I were checking out of Home Depot with Ann Marie. She was polite, kind and the type of person you could speak with for hours. I truly wish there were more people in the world like her. Amazing job Home Depot finding such a wonderful person to work for you.”

“Went to Home Depot tool rental in Snellville yesterday to rent electric floor scraper to remove some glue down wood flooring. Place was super busy but Mr. Walter addressed me and said I’ll be with you shortly. We walked to where the floor scrapers were and they were all reserved for pick up. Mr. Walter said there should be another one over here and began looking around. Sure enough we found it in another bay. Someone put it in the wrong place. Because Mr. Walter knew there was another one it made it possible for me to get what I needed. He simply could have said sorry sir they’re all rented out. I appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. I took the floor scraper back this morning and Mr. Walter was there again! He greeted me again and we checked the machine back in. It was very refreshing to encounter someone who was very personable and great at their job! Keep up the great attitude and great work Mr. Walter, you are the reason I will continue to use the tool rental department at my local Snellville Home Depot!”

Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”
