“I’m just here to say thank you for trying to align my car. The car was brought there twice for a front wheel alignment but couldn’t get it to stop diving to the right even though the wheel was straight. They ended up reimbursing me for the alignment. Now I’m not saying that they’re bad at aligning things. My car just require a lot more than what they’re equipped with since the rear of the car is custom and that’s a whole other story.
TLDR; they tried their best and couldn’t get the job done and they manned up and they gave me my money back and I can really appreciate that. I’ve brought many cars to them back in the day. Good to see y’all still kickin. Keep up the good work.

“We drive from Conyers to LIlburn after moving away 5 years ago. I discovered these honest folks about ten years ago. I'd just purchased a brand new Ford Explorer and one morning got in my car to go to work, but noticed a strong smell of gasoline and a small puddle on the ground. Stopped at Lilburn's Chevron to have it checked out and they diagnosed a ruptured fuel line. When I asked for a repair estimate they called the dealership and had them come and get it and bring me a loaner vehicle. -- no charge as it was covered under warranty. It would not have occurred to me to think about my warranty in that time of crisis, but Harrison took great care and went the distance to help.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and I use them for all of our cars' services, despite the lengthy drive to get there.”

Details: Mike is honest, polite, and basically the best kind of person to work with. Every time I messaged him, he'd reply pretty quickly, usually no more than 2 hours, I think. My right rear quarter panel needed to be fixed after someone backed into my 2022 Honda. His estimate was quick and very reasonable, and he is open on Saturdays! I wasn't looking for the most expensive perfect fix, having decided long ago my car is meant for driving and not to sweat the small stuff/damage. Of all the shops I visited (5 that day), I felt like Mike understood this the best, and offered me exactly what I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. The work was turned around in a reasonable 4 days' time and well done! I can't even tell something happened. He helpfully let me know certain after care too. I'm glad I chose to work with Mike who is knowledgeable and nice. I have only good things to say about him and his wonderful shop!”

“I stumbled upon SLB automotive after a mishap. My daughter had mistakenly filled my gas tank with diesel. I had the car towed to the dealership, where I was told that I needed to file a claim with my insurance company and that it was going to be very expensive and time consuming to fix the issue. To cut a long story short, I decided to do an online such for a mechanic. The angels guided me to Jeremy, the owner of SLB automotive. Jeremy gave me peace by explaining what needed to be done to remove the diesel. I had my car towed to his shop and within less than 2 hours, he had my car fixed at a very good price.If you are lucky to find Jeremy, he is a keeper. Heath the assistant service manager is always professional and funny and keeps me up to date via phone call and or text messages on the service needed with detailed pricing Etc and the expected time that my vehicle will be ready. I really appreciate it the video that was sent to me for the corrosion on my battery I like that experience.
