“I have been using this branch for MANY years. They have always been quick to help even with estate accounts, which can prove to be tricky for any bank. They provide alerts whenever they see unusual activity on my account. They were amazing financial partners to have when our daughter traveled to Europe and needed a new card to be issued quickly. I have zero complaints and lots of praise. I have recently been erroneously reported as deceased, causing a multitude of credit problems. I have faith that Chase will help me through this process with the efficiency and professionalism I have encountered with them in the past.”
