“Karina aka Rina provided excellent, extra ordinary, supportive customer service. Rina stayed on the telephone for over an hour talking to various telephone customer representatives at T Mobile trying to get me a refund. When a telephone customer representative at T Mobile did not understand what Rina was saying, even though Rina repeated herself several times, I witnessed Rina being calm and respectful to that T Mobile telephone customer representative. In fact, Rina was that way during the whole time with other T Mobile telephone customer service representatives. In addition to that, she was so supportive of me, helping me with this horrible situation I have experienced for 3 months with T Mobile telephone customer representatives.I personally returned to the store to let Rina know that all that she had done to ensure I received the correct amount for my refund, T Mobile still sent me the wrong refund amount. I also thanked Rina and I am sending this review to thank you Rina for your support and excellent customer service in this horrible situation. Rina you are an example of good customer service and I appreciate you so much.
I recommend Karina for an increase in her salary and a promotion.

I absolutely was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in an associate assisted me.
Now I may have been lucky to have Nevia wait on me but regardless the attention I received put me right at ease. She patiently listened to my concerns and let me know she could definitely help me. I had a phone bought on line with a trade in deal for a free phone. I needed to get my tradein evaluated and a receipt. I also was in need of an additional phone. She took me through process with ease and I never once felt pressured to buy into anything additionally.
She did have a couple of offers but with no pressure. I would give Nevia an A++. So glad she was my associate.”
“We stopped in this Peachtree Corners Verizon store to check on the specials and Tiana waited on us. She explained the specials and the phones to us WITHOUT a high pressure sales pitch which we really appreciated. We definitely wanted to work with Tiana! She was so efficient and helpful. Upon walking through the door, I was warmly greeted and offered service immediately. Then to follow my multiple questions and issues. Anita took initiative and very professionally navigated me through all my issues and in great detail offered solutions all my questions. She even brought to my attention future issues that I was not even aware of and what to do or how to avoid them. I could not have asked for a better staff and experience.”

“Nice place. It's not attached to the main plaza but it's a a standalone building in the lot. It's also attached to a laundromat. Service was prompt and friendly. They just didn't have the particular phone I wanted but recommended a different location. No issues or complaints.”

I wasted an enormous amount of their and my time only to not be able to make the purchase and they were nice about it. After a genuinely terrible experience at the Peachtree Corners location—where I felt judged and discriminated against simply because of the color of my passport—coming to the Lilburn T-Mobile store was a complete breath of fresh air.
The experience here was night and day. I was warmly greeted the second I walked through the door and only had to wait a brief 10 minutes before being helped. I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn, who absolutely went the extra mile for me. She was incredibly helpful, treating me with the respect and stellar customer service everyone deserves, and got me perfectly set up with three new lines.
The entire process was fast, efficient, and generally just a great experience. Thank you to Evelyn and the rest of the Lilburn team for turning my day around and showing me what real customer service looks like. I highly recommend coming to this specific location!”
