“This is the BEST cell phone store around for all carriers (and I have multiple cell phones and carriers). I keep Boost Mobile just because of the staff at this store, specifically Lily, the manager. She has the perfect attitude to customer care. She will help you THOROUGHLY until your problem is resolved. That is rare in the world where people just want to do the minimum. I can't recommend this branch enough, and if Boost has any sense, they will promote the manager Lily to a corporate leadership position in customer care. Seriously.”

I actually called his store because I was sitting outside the T-Mobile store in Alpharetta at 10:05 this morning and it never opened. I called the nearest T-Mobile and spoke with Henry on the phone about what I wanted to do- it was complicated and had to do with my mom‘s account, on which I’m an authorized user. “Just left this location after trying 4 months to get my son’s phone on the federal discount program. I had been to other locations and was told to call customer service then called customer service and was told to go into a store. So finally I tried again and Jay took care of it he for one knew what I was talking about and applied for the program for me . I left feeling thankful because as a single mom of a teenage boy times are tuff but this makes it a little easier on my pockets and comfortable knowing my son and I can communicate without money being a barrier. “I came in to fix my sons 2 month old new iphone. The two ladies fought with their own Customer Service over the phone for more than an hour to get my son a brand new replacement phone. The store manager finally just said 'here Im sending you a new phone. It should be delivered in two days.' It was delivered on the day she said. I was so thankful and impressed with their level of dedication to making sure we got what we should have. Reviews dont amount to how much appreciation they should be getting.”
