They repaired the body damage on my CRV, and I was absolutely amazed when I saw the finished work. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the paint job looks flawless. My car looks beautiful again.
What meant the most to me was the genuine warmth and southern hospitality I experienced. It’s rare to find people who care this much about both their work and their customers.

Brooklyn was very patient, understanding, empathetic, professional, and pleasant to deal with. She was so nice and sweet which is hard to come by. Ms. Mistee was just as phenomenal. She communicated adequately and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She even provided valuable recommendations. She was very caring and understanding! “Great American is a great place to get parts and chemicals for your big truck. I needed a new headlight and called the dealer and no one had it in stock. I called Great American and they had it in stock and saved me 100.00 on what the dealer wanted. I also picked up some Lucas Def Clean 64 oz bottles and saved 20.00 a bottle on that. If your in the Atlanta Ga Area especially on the West Side of Atlanta they are right off Thornton Rd. You won’t regret it.”

They had us pull thru and filled the tire with air. Waited maybe 10 minutes total. Tried to buy the service person lunch- he refused- so here I am to review this dealership as a thank you! As a Ford owner it's always nice to find great Ford dealerships!! Well done!”
