After talking to three associates who were also confused by Ryobi's wording KAYLA stepped in an solved the problem...patient, polite,kind and she explained everything perfectly I was extremely happy with the outcome. Give this Lady a promotion ?”

“I placed a pick up order at this location on my way to Atlanta... who knew blinds were so hard to come by! Once I got here I parked in the pickup spot and within 2 minutes someone was out with my blinds! They didn't ask to verify my name, etc but I'm glad I was able to get the correct order. Probably won't ever stop here again unless it's a similar situation. Can't really comment on other aspects of the store since I didn't walk inside.”
