“Positive Review / Letter of Commendation
For Earlishia and Carissa — Verizon Store, Locust Grove.
I would like to give a very positive review and sincere commendation to Earlishia and Carissa at the Verizon store.
During a very stressful phone-service and billing dispute involving AT&T and Consumer Cellular, Earlishia and Carissa went above and beyond to assist me early in the process. They helped me make calls to both companies, remained patient and calm under pressure, and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout the situation.
This matter involved serious confusion over phone service, billing, and the transfer of my phone number. I was receiving repeated bills and had to spend a great deal of time trying to get the matter corrected. As someone who relies on dependable phone service for safety, communication, and emergency access, the situation was extremely stressful.
Even though the problem was not caused by Verizon, Earlishia and Carissa did everything within their power to help. They were thorough, friendly, and steady during a difficult situation. They made calls, listened carefully, and tried to help move the matter toward resolution, even when AT&T and Consumer Cellular representatives failed to fully correct the problem at that time.
Because the issue continued, it became necessary for me to involve the FCC, Adult Protective Services, and the Better Business Bureau, all of which opened investigative cases. I was also prepared to take the matter to court because the billing and service problems had not been resolved.
Thankfully, Michael Vanderhoff from AT&T’s Office of the President later called and assured me that the matter is finally resolved. I appreciate that outcome, but I also want to make sure Earlishia and Carissa receive recognition for the patience, compassion, and excellent customer service they showed from the beginning.
Earlishia and Carissa represented Verizon extremely well. They treated me with dignity during a stressful situation and showed what excellent customer service should look like. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

“Andrea (hope this is your name)deserves a raise. She was handling easily 3-4 things at a time all while staying calm and assisting effectively. I did not see manager on her badge which was weird to me because the other two associates were fairly new and had plenty of questions. Mind you no complaints from me. All while two new associates were in the store who had a bunch of questions one person made it five stars. Andrea( I hope I got that name right). She needs to be amazing manager. If not here she would do amazing things in an open manager position. I say this as an old Verizon third party employee lol.”
“Just had to drop off my old phone as a trade in. Took only a few minutes to make sure the phone was factory reset and in good working condition. Signed a form that I was returning so I could receive my credits to my bill and was out the door all less than 10 minutes

I had to take time to change my review from a 4 star to a 5 star after getting a followup response to the review I left.”
“Amazing Customer Service with Ms.Kera today. Had trouble with calls not coming in and no voicemail set up. She worked her magic and i can use my phone again!!
She also went above to help me set up my voicemail greeting for my business. Also we tried to get internet unfortunately i am not in service area. Otherwise amazing sales person.”
