We had such a great experience getting all of our new phones set up! Victra was incredibly nice, patient, funny, and still very professional the entire time. She answered every single one of our questions—even when I’m pretty sure I asked the same questions more than once 😂—and never once made us feel rushed or like we were bothering her.
She made what could have been a stressful process actually enjoyable, and she went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and left happy. We truly appreciate all her help!
