While I was on the phone with customer service she split her time between myself and the other customer while smiling and being very helpful. She is what true perfect customer service present. “No one ever likes going into any phone company. But I wanna say Lauren was absolutely amazing! The phone service in our area has been out for the past two days. She was dealing with upset customers coming in and out of the store while taking care of me in a respectful manner when she told me she wasn’t a manager, I was absolutely shocked her communication skills are amazing, but not only communication her time management De-escalation with upset customers all of the above. I was in there two hours just due to me, asking questions and figure out pricing And I enjoyed every minute of it not to mention she’s pregnant as hell and was doing everything by herself. I’m majorly impressed and as long as she’s there, I will be a customer of Verizon. She helped me pick out a new phone I wanted and a iPad along with accessories. I’m thinking about going back for another watch just because of her. Big big thank you to her”

“My mom is almost 80 years old and she had a phone with another carrier that had a virus on it. I took her to AT&T to explore her options. The patience and customer service Ariel has with my mom was outstanding. She not only fixed my mom’s current phone first, then she proceeded to help us get her a new phone and service at an affordable rate. Everyone in the store was friendly. I watched them help customers and greet people when they first walked in. Ariel set up my mom’s phone and treated her with such care. I had my three kids with me and the other gentleman made sure they had something to watch while we conducted business. 10/10 recommend THIS location specifically.”
“Was super worried about switching from T-Mobile to Verizon online, so I went in the store. Based on previous reviews, I wasn't sure that I'd actually be getting the help I needed. I was very wrong. I only waited a few minutes and was checked in without even needed to ask. My sales rep was Roscoe, and he was truly awesome and such a great employee! He helped explain all of my options, answered concerns I have, and even outlined (and wrote down) every single feature of my new plan that they didn't include on my print out sheet. I left knowing all of my potential discounts, all of my features, and how to switch my phone service easily from my home. While I had some issues actually setting up the phone, I knew that if I was really stuck that I could walk right into this Verizon store and get the help I needed from Roscoe and any of the other employees. They were all wonderful and made me feel confident in my switch! Big shout out to Roscoe though!”
