“After procrastinating for months, I finally, reluctantly visited our McDonough Verizon store to upgrade my husband's phone. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Christa. She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, listened to my needs and didn't try to force me to purchase unnecessary items. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your customer service skills. I didn't get the name of the associate that arrived just before I left, but she too was kind and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the customer service. Thank you.”
“Where do I begin 1st I ended up having to get replacement phone and needed some help sending my info to the new phone. Ok I go to Mt zion location she's helpful but let's me know new policy is the customer has to port there own phone but attempts to help but failed to transfer..I go home not working, called customer service absolutely horrible. Get back in the truck head over stockbridge location no help..by this time wasted whole day damn near about to cry...unbeknownst I go to mcdonough location tell the rep CHRISTIAN What happened. No wonder his name is Christian beyond helpful and was able to transfer my info over! Out of all locations this guy was the one..

“This Walmart recently completed a construction project and resealed the parking lot. Why the Store, District, Area Managers have not seen that the handicap parking is up front yet all the cart returns are far away. At least make an area for us handicap people to return our carts safely and securely. Just another example of coming to work everyday and not seeing an issue.”
