“Today I opened an account with Bank OZK. I received super customer service and care from Wes, the bank manager. The process of the account took about an hour. Upon completion, I was able to receive my VISA debit card as an in-house service! Right on the spot, ready to go! I received my paperwork for my account. I was surprised to get it then.
