“I’ve always had a great experience at Crowes nest. I get meat there twice a month, along with fresh produce and jam. The owner and her staff are friendly and helpful. I see a couple of reviews where people went there ONE time and spouted off about it being bad. I tend to try a place more than once so I can provide a comprehensive review instead of an angry one and done keyboard warrior gonna get you review because it didn’t go my way that one time.”
“I want to give a BIG shoutout to Phillip in the Publix deli department. I had previously purchased the chicken tender sandwich and it was subpar. The chicken was cold, it did not have any sauce on the chicken, so it was dry, not at all appetizing. So much so that I have not purchased any in the last 6 months. Phillip listened to my complaint and told me that he would make it right. And that he did!!! It was truly amazing! I totally enjoyed every bite. Great customer service! Thank you Phillip…”

“A great Kroger fuel center that usually has the lowest prices on gas in the Rosebud community. I buy my gas here when it beats the one in Loganville on price such as tonight. If you buy groceries at Kroger and use the loyalty app. then the fuel points add up quickly. I got an additional 50 cents per gallon off my purchase. They sell Shell gasoline and the loyalty card is even accepted at most Shell stations.”
“This is my go to place for gas, cigarettes and soda. The ladies that work here and the owner are some of the best people I've ever known. If you stop by here remember to check out Crowes nest, the vegetable stand in the parking lot. They have the best produce this side of Atlanta!”
“My local store. Milk, toothpaste, socks, plastic cups and cutlery, all those things you dont want to make a trip just for. Staff is overworked but friendly. I go there about twice a week.”
“My wife and I love Publix. They are always going above and beyond for us. Whether finding extra coupons, opening up extra registers, or asking us if we need anything. The manager Rochelle (not sure how to spell her name) but she is always making sure things runs smoothly and always asks how we are doing. I'm President of a multimillion dollar company and if I had more people working for me that are like Rochelle, I would be ecstatic. She's is a great asset to Publix.”
“Every time I go in the staff is always extremely nice and helpful. Whether it's the manager the assistant manager or anyone they're always smiling and eager to help. A good example is today Chan ringing everyone up was wishing us all a Happy Valentine's Day bringing a smile to everyone's face”
“Your one stop shop for convenience, without having to go to town for pretty much anything. Stores are well stocked. Most locations are not well maintained outside, lots of trash scattered about. Cashiers are also stockers which makes it hard to check out and for them to keep up. Overall I would not let it keep me from going to shop. Feel bad for the employees who receive a lot of backlash”
“Went here to hide out from a storm. The power went out and their payment system went down. Customers were patience and the manager was super nice. As I made I purchase I thanked her letting me hang out. Honestly I'm surprised they didn't question me from how much pacing I was doing. She was very pleasant to take too.”

“Been shopping here for 25 years. In the last few years, side entrances and exits have been permanently shut due to theft. Service levels has dropped to just “ok”. On the plus side, the produce department is much better than the other Loganville Kroger and the pharmacy is great. This store runs on minimal staff, so hope you like self checkout.”

“I just wanted to say that Jada, who works at this Kroger Pharmacy is absolutely awesome. I am new to this pharmacy and now have a prescription that can be difficult to get, especially being self-pay. Jada has been patient, understanding, and her customer service has gone above and beyond. She is shining example of what quality service should be. Just FYI, I am President of an International Company and Customer Service is huge with me. She should be commended. In a day and age where this concept is lost, she has brought it back. I highly recommend this pharmacy just because of her.”
