    “I just had the pleasure of coming to this charming little store in Monroe. While I was parking and after I got out of my car, I noticed a woman in a wheelchair had fallen and cut herself pretty bad. Some of us in the parking lot helped her and then the staff at the grocery store came outside immediately and did everything they can to help her as well. They were fantastic. The store manager was very nice. I just came in to get a burger so after all that was settled and hopefully this sweet lady gets all stitched up and feels better. I went in and got a burger and I am currently sitting in my car eating the most fantastic burger I've ever had and french fries. It is so good you don't even need mayonnaise on it. The staff was unbelievably kind. The story was cleaned next time in the area. I will definitely be back.”

    “Today was my first time ever shopping at Quality Foods. They provided the most excellent customer service and were so welcoming! The gentleman in the meat department even asked where I was from and said he hoped I would come back. The cashiers informed me of the digital coupons and I even got a free pack lemon basil tuna! It’s nice to experience such awesome customer service these days. Quality foods you are doing it right!”

    “You usually walk into a Walmart expecting an average shopping experience. Let’s be honest, Walmart isn’t exactly known for outstanding customer service. But one employee truly stands out, and that’s Logan. I’ve seen Logan several times, and he’s always upbeat, friendly, and engaging with customers while staying focused on his work. Tonight, the checkout lines were backed up, and he immediately stepped in, opened several self-checkout kiosk, and got things moving. He was constantly helping one customer after another without ever looking overwhelmed or frustrated. What impressed me most was his attitude. He never complained, he just kept smiling, interacting with customers, and making sure everyone was taken care of. That’s what great customer service looks like. I was so impressed that I made it a point to tell his team lead how thankful we were for his hard work. Employees like Logan make a real difference, and Walmart is fortunate to have him.”

On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
