“100% this location is my favorite. Reasonable prices, good gas prices, excellent and friendly staff.
With that said, I apologize for wasting the nice lady's time during a busy moment by forgetting my debit card.
I obviously upset her, based on how she immediately disregarded me and didn't let me apologize, as well as treating me like a potential security risk/threat by ripping the items out of my hands after I offered to put the items back. But you know what? I can't blame her! I absolutely deserved every bit of embarrassment and public shame!
Even though I will not return to this location again due to it being made very clear that I am not welcome back (and rightfully so for wasting her time!), I sincerely apologize! I feel absolutely terrible, and I'm sorry again.
If managers or HR see this, I would like to reiterate that it was not the fault of any employee and the way I was treated was warranted.

“Great place. Glad they reopened. Stopped in today 6-7-24. They are up and running serving hot food. Got a BBQ Sandwich. It was delicious. Better than I've tasted at these BBQ places. And CHEAP. I'LL definitely be back. Gotta try that Pizza and Wings. They also serve Breakfast Biscuits. Other sandwiches too. Be sure and stop by and try it. Wish I had bought 2 of those BBQ sandwiches now. ?”
“Non ethanol 90 Octane, top tier detergent, separate hose with red handle! The best, as usual from QuikTrip. I specifically targeted this station traveling through the state for this premium fuel. Large, clean, plenty of food options.”
“Enough spacing in the shelves for mobility aids, great organization, and the bathroom was very accessible too! Friendly staff and very clean. The only issue might be getting in and out of the parking lot, so you may need to be strategic there.”

“Sandy’s mart is a quick stop mart “ it’s really friendly if you are in and out ! Get what u came to get and leave simple ! It is connected to a liquor store and use to be nail bar ! You do have people out front asking for things sometimes but if you say no 90% of the time they don’t bother you. On the weekend it can get packed because of the clubs across the street but overall it’s cool especially if you are from the local area you have less fear of mini Marts like this just saying ! Good customer service just be professional in the public u should be great”

“If there is a 10 star option, I will give 10 stars for this business. The restrooms are clean stestaff are so nice. As soon as I got into the store I got greeted by one of the staff “hello ~!!” That made my day feel so fulfilled.”
“Good store. Would be a bonus if they updated their hours of operation though. Not that difficult and would go a long way. Maybe even a sign in the front door so people know. Not enough of a detail to not give them 5 stars in my book though. They keep the bs from happening in the parking lot, no loitering outside ever, and they have what I need at a reasonable price unlike these Latino places that pop up everywhere around here and take poor people for all they can. If anything, they should close down a lot of these stores around this neighborhood for stealing from the people. And most of the other places sell garbage Hispanic off brands at outrageous prices. The Rossville Corner Market is a legit business.”
