“I work up and down the East coast, I can't recall ever having bad customer service at HB. Today was no different, but I realize I have become spoiled. I want to let Zach and the young man with the new harbor freight hat(nice hat by the way) , That I really appreciate them tracking down a part for me. It was clear to me that the gentleman was busy, but stopped what he was doing , got the the computer and tracked down a Serpentine Belt Tool Kit. It may have been a small act to him, but it was greatly appreciated by me. So Zach and your other team member thank you so much!!”
“We went to Tractor Supply to measure lawn mowers. I found the one I want, but by the time I have the money from the IRS, I suspect it will be hard to find one to buy.
It was still a fun visit, as it usually is. My wife enjoyed watching the ducklings. We bought a lot of dog treats, and chatted with other customers.”
“I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.

When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!”

Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”

“Exceptional customer service! I went to Lowe’s because I ordered four bags of mulch when I got there Parker gently put the mulch in my trunk. I stated to him that I don’t think I need all of those bags. I’m only going to get two, with a smile, he suggested that I should keep them, because you never know with mulch. I returned the bags anyway and guess what he was right so I came back to Lowes and I was greeted by Darius at the front door with a welcoming smile, I told him the story and he was able to get Justin to assist me with getting the additional mulch. Justin was very kind. This is my first time at this location and it will not be my last. customer service and a welcoming smile is everything To the customer . Keep up the great work!”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”
