“Xpress Car Rental is the only car rental company that I will rent a vehicle from. The entire rental process is smooth and extremely quick. There are no surprise fees or outrageous deposits. “Johnathan Murphy is the epitome of Grace and good customer service under pressure. I went to drop off my car this morning. There were at least 10 people waiting on service. Jonathan handled it with Grace got the job done and people were moved through pretty quickly. He was there by himself for about 30 minutes, but handled it like a champion. I came back and also met with Braden also did an excellent job I was very friendly. It’s very easy to get frustrated in a situation but Jonathan “Murphy” was just excellent. I would definitely use this location again in the future.”

“Wow! I was blown away by the professionalism, engagement, and level of positive energy at this location! The entire staff was knowledgeable and took pride in providing exceptional customer service. From John, who picked me up from the collision center (within less than 5 minutes from being called) to Darius, Quinton, and Imaad, who helped during my visit. They not only ensured that I was completely satisfied before leaving, but they also went out of their way to get me in the proper rental vehicle based on my needs, vehicle inventory, and coverage. “On March 31st, 2025, I made a reservation for a vehicle from this location.
On April 6th, the day of my scheduled pickup, I contacted them to confirm a detail about my reservation. I was informed that despite my confirmed reservation, there were no vehicles available at the location. The only suggestion from them was to call the Windy Hill Road location to inquire about vehicle availability there. When I attempted to call that location, no one answered my call. I ended up having to go to the airport to secure a car at a much higher rate. I was not happy to say the least!
Here is why I gave 4 Stars on my rating:
After reaching out to Avis, I got a call back from a district manager who was extremely apologetic about the situation (I know you can't take apologies to the bank). He assured me additional training is going to take place to prevent this in the future. He also said I should have already received an email from the Escalations team who will be refunding me the difference! I checked my email and the message was there waiting!
Folks - bad stuff is gonna happen with EVERY company, it is what they do to make it right that matters and Avis stepped up BIG and will keep my business!”
“We returned our rental to this location. We had a particularly rough move from Virginia. It was just so nice that at the end of it all, Mary was quick, courteous professional and kind. Thank you for hiring her, she's a keeper. The gentleman attending to the lot was also nice and personable.”
“I like them because it's the cheapest place you can rent a nice car from , but I'm only giving them 4 stars because even when you make a reservation they never have a car for you when you get there, I had to wait for them to bring a car from the next location down the street”
“Easy process. I never had the need or desire to rent a car before now, so this was my first time. However, I think it's ridiculous to pay the extra insurance coverage fee on a per day basis (versus a flat rate for the duration of the car rental), but I get it: they gotta make *extra* money. It's the American way.”
