“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the gentleman (Clerk 9) who assisted me yesterday. It was a bit of a challenging day for me emotionally, as I was mailing out obituaries and thank you notes following my mother’s memorial service.
He was incredibly kind and patient, and that small gesture of compassion made a real difference in my day.”

“DD's is owned by Ross or vice versa. Anyway, there are great finds. This is the only place that I buy my dog clothes, panties and pj's from. They have the same fruit of the loom packs for $5. Night grows are super comfy and cheap. I got a black DKNY dog shirt for $6. Can't beat it. I love the homes department too. Oohh and they have cleaning supplies. I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”

“Regina gave me great customer service. I called from over 400 miles away and asked if she could track down a pkg i sent. My tracking info showed it was getting bounced around between locations due to a mistake made at my local post office and it was currently at her post office. She found it, corrected the problem, assigned a new tracking number & called me back with the new number. I doubt my package would've been delivered on time (or at all) if she hadn't acted so quickly. Thank you so much Regina!!!”

“We love this post office. However, we live in Clarkdale directly across the street. We are forced to pay for PO Boxes because the USPS denies us delivery service. Fix this!!”

“3 jul
9:30 am

The gentleman who was there at the time exuded passion for his work and served us all with kindness and promptness, which is rare to see these days in post offices”

“This is the best Post Office I have found in Atlanta. The lady manager ir always helping out the customers, she is super friendly and offers help to make the line walk faster. Mesha have helped me a lot, always with a smile and wanting to do a great work, which she does. They seem to know well their customers, because the minute you enter you can see them greeting you and asking how are you and your family. Keep working this way all of you are AWESOME!!”

“The postal delivery person helped my handicapped husband put our trash can on the street and our elderly neighbor as well. She is such a pleasant person and excellent delivery too . God bless her.”

“Mr. Danny in the passport office is truly a testament to what customer service should be in all businesses. The USPS website has incorrect information regarding walk-ins and only schedules appointments on one day, one month in advance. Not to mention the fact that you can never get anyone on the phone to make things clear in any way. This is extremely difficult to plan around when making international travel arrangements for the first time. Danny was very personable, informative, accommodating, and pleasant. Every interaction with the customers in line ahead of me was professional, courteous, and prompt and my own turn was so easy, I left feeling comfortable that my documents were being handled with the upmost care. The entirety of the United States Postal Service should take a page from Danny's book on how to efficiently and kindly help customers as he is leagues above most of his colleagues in this organization that I have dealt with at other locations. Mr. Danny, thank you for doing your part in helping me attend my little brothers upcoming wedding in Brazil. May God bless you and keep you safe.”

“Right before Christmas, i expected the busiest craziest post office. Not only was this branch a well oiled machine, it had the kindest most patient workers. I appreciate what the customer service agents at this branch put in to every interaction they have.”

“So often we complain for poor service but I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Ms. Marva for her unrelenting professionalism, patience, promptness at getting us through the line and personable demeanor.

I have used this post office numerous times since it is near my office. Each time I’ve witnessed Ms. Marva’s forever smile and dedication to ensuring each of us a positive experience.
Ms. Marva is a breath of fresh air in a time that we seem to have normalized poor service.”

“This USPS is located off of Cascade Rd on Herring. It's walking distance from the Beautiful. This location is usually busy. Yet, the staff here are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. There are two older women who rotate the front desk. And, only one person working at a time - like most other Post Office locations in this area. Which can lead to long lines and waits. If someone needs to go pull mail that was on hold or grab a lost package, you'll be there for awhile. A large majority of customers here are older, so they're usually buying stamps and need more attention than someone buying postage or dropping off a package. Since Covid, they have signs requesting you wear masks and only 4 people are allowed in at a time. And, there is tape marking the 6 foot spacing. However, the line wraps around the atrium and you sometimes have people waiting outside. If they had two people at the front desk for when the line backs up, it would make more sense. You can hear people working in back and I'm unsure the reasoning but no one comes out to help speed things along. Overall, it's one of my top USPS locations to patronize.”

“I’ve been to this location for minor things like stamps and shipping and have never experienced a problem. I signed up for a PO Box today and Ms. Gholston (sp) was so sweet. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by her in the past and she’s always delightful. Overall, the USPS has its issues but it’s not the fault of customer facing staff.”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars since the postal employees are trying to do their best given the circumstances. It's true that they're only open to the public from 12:30-2:30. I suggest going right when they open or when they close. The line is miles long if you go in between.”

“Diana Lloyd is the sole reason I will continue to come back to this location. She is always a delight and gives excellent customer service. I know working at the post office is difficult because of the customers who come in demanding this and that, but Diana is never fazed by it and keeps a cool attitude. Please keep her around!”

“I drop off my packages daily and they are quickly scanned and the staff is super friendly. Being an eBay reseller customer is very important and the staff here is fantastic. Headed there now with 20 more packages and definitely expect the same service as the previous 100 trips. Thank you!”

“I read the other reviews and was worried about my visit. However, I came Friday mid morning and was promptly and professionally assisted by the nice man behind the counter. Very pleasant and seamless experience.”

“This place was actually fine despite the bad reviews lol, not gonna lie I avoided it but gave it a shot. Lady at the counter was very helpful, nice clean environment, and my letter even made it to its destination after giving them money! ?”

“Disclaimer: This review is only in regards to the clerks at the desk.Had an international package that required a signature come in and although I was home, heard no knock, and was left with a redelivery slip.I immediately completed the online form where I indicated that I would pick it up in person the next day so as to not miss the knock a second time. Two trips and lots of searching later it turns out the delivery driver must have taken my package back on the truck although they should not have and then additionally left the package in the incorrect pick up spot at the post office. While that was not the most ideal experience, the front clerk Brittany was very polite and helpful. Checking for at least 10 minutes each time and even calling the driver the second time to try to figure out where the package was. While I was waiting, the two other clerks also were getting through the line quickly and were polite to all of the customers they helped.Shout out to those 3 women for all they do given the circumstances ❤️”
