“I had a great experience here. Note: I was only mailing a Priority Mail letter, not getting a passport or anything like that. I walked in around 4:20 in the afternoon expecting a long line, but was able to walk right to the front of the line. The young lady who helped me was very nice, as was the guy working with her. We joked and I left with a smile. This was my first visit here and it's not close to my house, so I probably won't visit often, but my customer service experience was ideal.”

“DD's is owned by Ross or vice versa. Anyway, there are great finds. This is the only place that I buy my dog clothes, panties and pj's from. They have the same fruit of the loom packs for $5. Night grows are super comfy and cheap. I got a black DKNY dog shirt for $6. Can't beat it. I love the homes department too. Oohh and they have cleaning supplies. I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”

He (I forgot his name) was extremely kind and polite to the customer!

“This is the USPS Passport Mega Center, I did not visit the "mail" side. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I had an appointment but in talking to the guy, we realized it was the following day. He told me no worries, and gave me a ticket with a number on it. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and my number was called. The woman who processed my passport app and took my photo was fantastic. They were all so incredibly nice, atypical for postal employees in Atlanta. I will absolutely go here for any passport needs in the future. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.”
“I’m low-key scared to write this because next time I come it might be packed…
But honestly, every time I drop off my packages in the downtown Atlanta area, it’s the best experience.
The whole staff gets straight to the point and I’m in and out super quick.

“We love this post office. However, we live in Clarkdale directly across the street. We are forced to pay for PO Boxes because the USPS denies us delivery service. Fix this!!”
“5 stars all around for this Kennesaw location. I can not say enough when it comes to DeAndrea at the Kennesaw USPS. DeAndrea goes above and beyond when it comes to her customer service. Employees like her are what give one faith when it comes to the US Postal Service and their eagerness to help out their community! Thank you! You are truly AWESOME!!!”
“EDIT: but they ARE closed on Saturdays, despite it saying they're open (I assume they're open for deliveries, but definitely NOT pickups).
And they close at 4:30pm usually, not 5pm.
In my experience, they've been good. Helpful, pretty quick. But I haven't had any real issues that needed handling, I just come in to pick up my packages when I get an email”

“The postal delivery person helped my handicapped husband put our trash can on the street and our elderly neighbor as well. She is such a pleasant person and excellent delivery too . God bless her.”
“I arrived around 9:40 AM. The location wasn’t busy, and there was one station active to assist customers. I didn’t have to wait, and the staff member who helped me was friendly and efficient.
However, she didn’t mention that free packaging materials were available. When I asked for an envelope, I was given a paid version without being informed about the free option. While it wasn’t expensive, it would be helpful for staff to notify customers about available free materials.
Additionally, I was charged more for a money order than I expected based on the website, which was a bit confusing.
Overall, it was a positive experience with no unnecessary wait time, and the staff was helpful, though not quite as attentive as I’ve experienced at similar locations.”
“This review is based solely on my experience with the passport service. Like many other reviews mention, Mr. Danny is incredibly efficient, hardworking, and kind — truly a rare example of genuine customer service and old-school work ethic.
We came here after scheduling an appointment at another USPS location where we were told the passport agent was out for two weeks, despite appointments still being available online. We were advised to come here for a walk-in, and I’m so glad we did.
They accept walk-ins from 8:00–8:30 a.m. We arrived at 8 with four people ahead of us, and we were the last of the walk-ins to be completed that morning. Get there early if you plan to walk in — and be sure to say hi to Danny. Salt of the earth!”
“Hard to see because you enter at back dock next to coroners office and lot reads Service road on gate not a street sign then drive around to building. The gate hides it. It is a one way facing i-20 and turn in left. The people inside seems knowledgeable about the issues I was having and how to resolve them concerning mailbox key. Totally off but the first POBox number is 3101 which is address box for TDJakes all the way in Texas not Georgia and was my phone number last four plus the tow truck dolly rented from Alabama turned in at Petets street in Georgia had letters TD. I didn't know if I should feel blessed or unsafe.”

“My favorite USPS branch, and I usually drive the few extra miles, because of the larger parking lot, easy in and out, rarely busy, nice and friendly postal agents, etc- An added plus is the Cobb County police precinct right across the street.”

“Currently having problems with my apartment complex not fixing the mail boxes, i decided to call this facility due to my daily mail. Employees were understanding and had my daily mail fpr me to pick up.

I have picked up daily mail again and this time i picked it up from pick up door and there is a button.( i saw some ppl mention there was no button) Tbh the lady there seemed out of it which i totally get it.”
“After driving throughout Buckhead looking for a post office that was open. Arrived to this location that was open, my local post office on Pharr Road is closed for remodeling. The wait time was minimal and the clerk was helpful & friendly.”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars since the postal employees are trying to do their best given the circumstances. It's true that they're only open to the public from 12:30-2:30. I suggest going right when they open or when they close. The line is miles long if you go in between.”
“Everyone here is always kind and efficient. There is a younger woman that works here that is exceptionally great at her job. She had a pink bandana on today and a kind smile. She deserves a raise!”
