“I arrived at my appointment for a first time passport and photo service on time and was seen immediately, I already had my passport application (DS-11) printed out at fed ex for less than $5 before I went and that made it hassle free. This location DOES NOT DO WALK INS! APPOINTMENT ONLY! BE ON TIME! The ladies were so sweet. I was in and out!”

“DD's is owned by Ross or vice versa. Anyway, there are great finds. This is the only place that I buy my dog clothes, panties and pj's from. They have the same fruit of the loom packs for $5. Night grows are super comfy and cheap. I got a black DKNY dog shirt for $6. Can't beat it. I love the homes department too. Oohh and they have cleaning supplies. I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”

“Mr. Michael is the absolute best!! You dont find customer service like that anymore. Spoke well with positive interactions, friendly, & willing to help. Think he’s been with USPS for a while. He looked familiar from a previous visit. Not sure about the internal stuff, but for a service associate he’s the man. No debate! Im literally sitting in the parking lot of this location to type this review. I’ll gladly bypass the office on Floyd Rd to come see him at this location. Thanks Mr Mike!”
“Always a pleasant experience with the new front cashier lady. She's super helpful & kind & works in a manner she knows other folks have places to go as well, aside from only the post office. Definitely a happy camper from my last couple of stops here ?”
“Went in today Tuesday August 25, 2026 @ 1:15 pm to apply for my passport/ photo appointment with my son who was also applying. Mrs Donna was very friendly, professional and thorough. She pointed out details that we needed to correct that probably would’ve prevented the passport from getting approved. Also we were in and out in good timing. Process went very smooth.
Will update once I receive correspondence from the Department of State and the passport.”

“EDIT: but they ARE closed on Saturdays, despite it saying they're open (I assume they're open for deliveries, but definitely NOT pickups).
And they close at 4:30pm usually, not 5pm.
In my experience, they've been good. Helpful, pretty quick. But I haven't had any real issues that needed handling, I just come in to pick up my packages when I get an email”
“This is the USPS Passport Mega Center, I did not visit the "mail" side. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I had an appointment but in talking to the guy, we realized it was the following day. He told me no worries, and gave me a ticket with a number on it. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and my number was called. The woman who processed my passport app and took my photo was fantastic. They were all so incredibly nice, atypical for postal employees in Atlanta. I will absolutely go here for any passport needs in the future. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.”

“We love this post office. However, we live in Clarkdale directly across the street. We are forced to pay for PO Boxes because the USPS denies us delivery service. Fix this!!”
“I stopped in as I had a package showing up as held by customer request. Turns out this usually happens when a package is misrouted. The woman that helped me went the extra mile checking for my package and then finding in the system that my package was actually out for delivery with the carrier. It all went well and she was very helpful.”
“Went to the passport office. Danny who leads that office is a great guy. He’s type A for sure so make sure you’ve filled all your paperwork out and have a check ready or he’ll be on you like a stray dog on a dropped hotdog. And don’t try to argue—he’s going to win.”
“The postal delivery person helped my handicapped husband put our trash can on the street and our elderly neighbor as well. She is such a pleasant person and excellent delivery too . God bless her.”

“Hard to see because you enter at back dock next to coroners office and lot reads Service road on gate not a street sign then drive around to building. The gate hides it. It is a one way facing i-20 and turn in left. The people inside seems knowledgeable about the issues I was having and how to resolve them concerning mailbox key. Totally off but the first POBox number is 3101 which is address box for TDJakes all the way in Texas not Georgia and was my phone number last four plus the tow truck dolly rented from Alabama turned in at Petets street in Georgia had letters TD. I didn't know if I should feel blessed or unsafe.”
“Quick and pleasant every time. Almost made a mistake so I had to run back in and the staff were very helpful and kind. Once watched a person yell at the staff because she didn't understand how to ship a pre-paid package. But the staff were calm and polite despite the unjustified rude treatment.”

“I arrived around 9:40 AM. The location wasn’t busy, and there was one station active to assist customers. I didn’t have to wait, and the staff member who helped me was friendly and efficient.
However, she didn’t mention that free packaging materials were available. When I asked for an envelope, I was given a paid version without being informed about the free option. While it wasn’t expensive, it would be helpful for staff to notify customers about available free materials.
Additionally, I was charged more for a money order than I expected based on the website, which was a bit confusing.
Overall, it was a positive experience with no unnecessary wait time, and the staff was helpful, though not quite as attentive as I’ve experienced at similar locations.”

“Showed up to this location and it was very busy but the staff was very helpful and kind. I don’t send packages often and they helped me to send my packages out and were very u understanding.
There were some things that looked like they needed repair around the lobby and scratches on the door. i hope they send some people to fix things up so these good people have a good work environment because the service was great. 👍”

“Currently having problems with my apartment complex not fixing the mail boxes, i decided to call this facility due to my daily mail. Employees were understanding and had my daily mail fpr me to pick up.

I have picked up daily mail again and this time i picked it up from pick up door and there is a button.( i saw some ppl mention there was no button) Tbh the lady there seemed out of it which i totally get it.”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars since the postal employees are trying to do their best given the circumstances. It's true that they're only open to the public from 12:30-2:30. I suggest going right when they open or when they close. The line is miles long if you go in between.”

“I love this post office so much. I visit almost every day of the week to drop off business packages and they're kind and patient no matter how long the line is. The clerks are hardworking and very friendly (especially considering how much 💩 they have to deal with on a daily basis).
