“On April 19th I went to Murphy Express on Gray highway in Macon Georgia the cashier I was very rude I placed $20 on the counter and I asked for $20 on pump number four as I turned to leave she told me I needed to come back and place the money in her hand which I did she then told me that I needed to take my business elsewhere that she would not service me I had done nothing but place the money on the counter as I always had for nearly 50yrs. I did leave and went to another gas station place the 20 on the counter and ask for gas on the pump the cashier said thank you have a nice day.I then left and did a review, I also contacted the corporate office, and management at Murphy Express their response was quick they were very apologetic for the employee's behavior they even offered me the gas that I had went to purchase and because of their great customer service I will still continue to be a customer at Murphy Express sometimes reviews and complaints about employees action get you better customer service all while making the business a more desirable location.”
“Quick zip: the namee about says it all. Its a convenient store thats QUICK to go to and QUICK to get in and out of with what you need in your ZIP code area. Fairly good customer service. Never had a problem with the employee working when i went or with any product that i have bought from there. Id recommend it. There is a restroom. You can get your drinks cigs snacks and gas. Everything every other convenient store offers and maybe a little more like movies keychains sunglasses and even sex pills for youre man if yall are feeling kinky tonight.”

Also best prices and if you participate in their prepaid card you get $0.04 per gallon off of the best price making it a super price for gasoline in town. My new Hyundai requires Tier 1 gasoline. Also very friendly and accommodating”

“This is a cool store I'm a regular customer over here before a month ago they appoint a new employe he is a very fluent in English and they don't have any modern store; but the great thing is that this store opens 24 hours . And that both employe night one and morning guy they are good on English than the before one . They are fluent in English and they giving a good service the manager himself doing a work and he will also help you if you asked anything. I was thinking to give an review about this before the 2 months but their's employe was very bad in attitude and all and now he is not working here so this is the best store in the place when you will feel that you are at home ; the both employes are very supportive and helpful and gentle . The plus point is that this store has a big parking plot and there are three easy enter exit a circle rout that you can go from behind the store . They hve a good 8 pumps and that's all straight so more than 1 vehicle can wait for their ; and the only 1 negative point is that if you are even 1 min late to the timing of selling beers stuffs than you will not able to get a beer. I visit everywhere around this area and believe me this is the only place that u will find a great ice cubes in ice cups . All I can say is if you have any questions about the employes and the store is not running good and they are very bad you can go and visit throw at evening time when they are too much busy but they would still serving a good they will never go mad on you . Yes if you go there at night time that night guy is older and good but he is little slow to serve bcos sometimes all customers know him so they told their stories and he told them jokes and it took a while but after all this store has all good ability that one store need that , except employees stores dress.”

“Upgraded 4/21/21 to 5 stars:Had trouble with a check engine light. Normally this is indicative of an emissions sensor, but it was intermittent.Fueled up w Exxons Premium, well worth it. The check engine light problem is solved. Exxons premium gas [92/93] is BETTER than a few other places!Prior 4 stars:Spacious, plenty of pumps, fast, have good selection, restrooms were clean.”

“Exxon seems to have the cleanest gas. I had check engines lights on more than one vehicle which normally is due to an emissions sensor. Some vehicles have two of these and it can be aggravating to reach a particular sensor. Fortunately I found their best gas (supreme) seems to fix the problem; or at least, it has in my experience.”

God forbid you need a fill up because you must tell them a absolute correct amount. Which you cannot do if you are trying to fill up your vehicle. No one can guess that good.
