I know I don’t look my age but I don’t appreciate the customer service person hollering at me after I showed my Sams Card saying I have to be a senior (60 years and over). I proceeded to show my ID showing that I’m 62 yrs old. I DON’T APPRECIATE HER HOLLERING AT ME ACROSS THE STORE!!

Worst customer service EVER!! Actually they have no customer service. The workers spend more time harassing, stalking, and being rude to customers rather than being helpful. It’s very sad the lack of work ethic and quality of the people Sam’s hires in the Macon, Ga store. I won’t waste anymore of my money there!

The gas attendant had to be the rudest person I have encountered in along time. Very sad hiring process for a place you have to pay to be a member. I did not purchase gas, and will be canceling my membership! Rudeness is the only nice way to put it.
