Our only complaint is please have a public restroom for customers. My daughter is pregnant and we couldn't fully enjoy our shopping experience due to the fact there wasn't a public restroom.”

“This is a good Marshalls & HomeGoods store combo. It does make the line long having both stores combined, but they move you rather quickly. I was looking for comfortable sandals for an upcoming trip & found 2 pair at good prices.”
“The only complaint I have is that it's a very large store and the only fitting room is in one corner of the store. Not very convenient or easy to shop if you have a bad back, knee, or ankle.”

“Manager got a little upset when I had items with a $1.25 price tag attached that rang up for $1.50 and she had to adjust the prices one by one. I'm not sure why she started mumbling things under her breath about hating holidays when the items I purchased were normal household items that they forgot to mark up. Lol.. I saved myself about $6 that day... and her true colors were definitely shining, she should have a better attitude as a manager... smh”

“They have great bargains. I found a Honeywell $59 fan for $39. The clothing and accessories are plentiful. They have a lot of great gift ideas too if you have the patience to look.”
“A good place to shop the prices are great. The problem had nothing to do with the store at all. Which is the parking lot. The parking lot is terrible, pot holes that has been filled over and over, crackes every where and even walking into the store you have to be careful not to step in a crack or hole. The only reason we shop there is because we know what's inside, but if you pay attention to what's around you would definitely not shop here.”

“Shop here frequently, checkout is usually the worst, long lines or self-checkout only. Next issue is dodging Walmart pickup/delivery shoppers, you'd think they want everyone to go this route or they get a bonus for most in-store shoppers they run over. Checkout Today no problems, nice change.
Update: Checkout is improving, more registers are being kept open, only downside is product of choice may not be available. Store associate shoppers were more curious than past visits, but seem to be close to outnumbering in store ones. At some point you'd think they would have a pick-up/delivery only location. Even though I shop other places and find more of what I want, the savings are well worth the untoward experiences”
“This place is awesome. I needed my extinguisher certified for my ChemScentsations Body Products business location in Byron. I received a quote of $215 from another company. My friend called these guys and I received my certificate within 5 minutes. They answered the phone immediately, gave directions & completed rhe service I needed. “I'm so impressed with these cinnamon rolls from the bakery section of Walmart. Warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds, and they are good. They just need some raisins. I miss those cinnamon rolls in the aluminum pan with the Sunbeam girl on them. They always stop making the good stuff like coconut rounds by Little Debbie.”

They carried what I needed with out having to order on line.
My only complaint is that it's cheaper on line, but they add shipping which makes it more expensive.”
“Busy at certain times not so bad at times. The place is kinda unorganized and messy and things missing or stocked in odd places. Lots of items people picked up and sat down in random spots. Some things were hard to find. Clothes dont all have any price on them. They still do have a good selection of everything though. Prices are fair on alot and high on some things but prices are going up anywhere you go.”
“Sorry for using my husband google account ,, I am big on reviews Let’s start by saying I love this store okay !! I came in Saturday to finish a little Christmas shopping . I always ask for associates names because I’m a regular Shante and Patricia are such caring workers , I had a hard time finding a cute outfit to go out in , and when I say the questions they ask like “ whats the occasion “ is it a night affair or evening , inside or outside . The ladies really know their stuff . They ended up helping me pick out a cute simple skirt sweater and boot set told me how to dress it up with my accessories ! Everytime I come in they most of the time here they have high energy the store looks amazing it’s always clean months before Shante and Patricia came this shore was ran down a hot mess store manager Latisha never speaks don’t want to help every time my daughter ask her specifically for help she told he multiple times ask somebody else pointing to Patricia and Shante . But I wanted to take the time out and recognize some of the new workers but definitely the store managers Shante and Patricia thanks ladies I hope this store becomes y’all one day continue making Charlotte Russe better ladies !!!”

“Nice clean store to shop in and there's no pets in there while you are shopping.
I had to hurry and get my wife out of the Kohl's store that's located Warner Robin's, GA. Due to the customer walking around with their dog and the dog were getting on the clothes.
My wife have pet allergies and it affects her breathing and other things are triggered and she gave to use her pin.
This was not a service dog.
People shouldn't be allowed to bring their pets to shop in store's.”
