    4.4 Superb 29 reviews

“This store is quite beautiful with the sun shining through the windows on a sunny Saturday morning. I visited the Starbucks in this store on my way to an event in Jasper. Mason (I hope I have the name right!) was working the Starbucks alone and, might I say, knocking it out of the park! While I was waiting in line briefly and admiring the plant displays, one of the employees smiled and said hello to me. This was a super pleasant experience, and I will definitely visit this store again when I am up that way.”

“Monday 05/30/22The employee (Zacharia) whom was working on this day deserves an exemplary review! He displayed professional courtesy and went above and beyond the call of duty. The Standard of Excellence displayed by him should be followed by all employees in every business across the nation. It is an ancient old tradition of singing praises and rewarding the hired help monetarily if they serve their employer well. A good old pat on the back doesn't bring home the bacon. Zacharia is worthy of a GOOD raise. On the ashes of my Father and Jesus Christ himself,....I do not know Zacharia nor was I paid to post this message of truth to the masses.Sincerely yours,.... The teens and young adults seem a little bothered when you walk up to pay. By no means are they rude, just would be nice to see an be greeted with something more than a straight face”

“I don’t know his name (because I forgot to ask again) but the guy in the deli taller older guy he is the absolute best ever! It is very rare to find someone that takes pride in their job and remembers people and what they wanted from 2 months ago but he did! I love giving credit to amazing people instead of just the store. We couldn’t be happier with his service. We told him what we wanted and the price point we wanted and he didn’t try to sway us in anyway just delivered! Thank you sir for being you! I’ve always liked Kroger in Jasper better than every grocery store we have except Blue Star of course! People like him is the reason I return to places!”

“5 Star service !! It’s hard to believe but it certainly was true today. The customer service I received was amazing . I have been pondering a Blackstone grill and went to the outdoor department yesterday. That was my first positive encounter with Linda.. She was able to answer my questions and is genuine. Went back today and luckily Linda was there again. She needed to talk with another employee/ manager.. young man who was also most helpful. Unfortunately I lost his name . Receipt says manager Mathew but not sure if it was him. 09/06 at 11. Am. Both of these folks were above and beyond helpful. I swear it felt like personalized service.. yep at a Walmart. We bought the Blackstone at a terrific price. Customer service top notch . I guess I will relook at Walmart for my shopping. Thanks Linda for an excellent experience”
