“This review is way overdue, but I believe it was Katherine (blonde hair) that was helping me in the shoe department back in May. She is a rock star. She was taking care of customers back to back, running between the shoe and jewelry department, and was kind, patient, and helpful. She was also who helped me another day. I think it was close to closing by the time we were hurrying to check out, and she kept a positive attitude.
I enjoy my shopping experience at Belk. Some of the items are pricey, but you can find good deals. I also appreciate how they do not give you a a hard time when you come across a coupon.”

“This review is about the manager Noelle. She lacks customer service skills! Not sure why one would work in a customer service job, yet does not appear to enjoy it. This “manager” answered the phone and very aggressively yelled at me stating “we don’t have what you’re looking for, you’ll just have to cone to the store.” I at no point had an opportunity to speak or tell her the reason for my call because she abruptly disconnected the phone call. Im actually stunned that this type of management is tolerated. Especially in EAST COBB!! Our neighborhood is friendly with other stores in the area staffed with friendly workers. I have never had any interaction with Noelle nor do I understand what made her answer the phone and snap at me. You never know who people are connected to, so it’s always best to be mindful of how you treat everyone. Maybe she’s just a bad apple, but I will not be back until she is out of there. I have made several viral moments for items sold in Tj’s and Marshall’s so this will be getting reported. Im still in shock that a manager did this, and Im still uncertain as to why!

Now I can feel and look professional without the high prices. Ross is the best of the discount stores, the merchandise is nice and the staff is friendly. Love it ?”

“This is where you go for all your live, laugh, love needs. You want a mason jar tastefully covered in glitter? Check. Oversized throw pillows with blessed written on them in cursive? Check. Some pretty decent Halloween decor? Check. A serving plate for deviled eggs that is Friends themed? Also check. You can't go wrong here”

“Plenty of inventory, stocked shelves, and friendly associates. Clean and organized. Not only the regular full shopping Target but Starbucks, CVS, Disney, a pizza bar, and spirits are all onsite at this location. Literally 1 stop shopping. I take advantage of #targetdriveup. Consistently ready within 2 hours of order. Definitely recommend the convenience. 2 levels of parking. Target drive up top level (follow signs)”
“I have been using this pharmacy for a year. If they are super busy, like anywhere I need to eait my turn to have my prescription filled. I always let them know I will be waiting in the store or if I am at the bench and have never had an issue with receiving my prescription. Everyone is kind, professional and helpful. Are they stressed at times, yes, doesn't everyone get this way at times? They always appear to be doing there best when I am there. The most important thing to me is getting the correct prescription within a resonable time and that is what I experience. Thank you to you all for your dedication to your customers.”

“I coupon on weekends usually at Dollar general but today family dollar had a good deal and I came. As a couponer the coupons not working properly can sometimes be a hassle and take modifications. Carlos was amazing and very patient. He kept a positive attitude and was very helpful!”
“As far as Walmart goes...this one it's better than almost all other Walmart's I have been in. The employees here are helpful but just a heads up, when they say they close at 11 they mean they close at 11 PM. There are no ifs ands or buts about it you better be up there with your stuff in line to check out with a smile on your face because they do not play. They will shut the registers down and you will have to wait till the next day to purchase your items. I really can't blame them and I'm one of those people that pushes the envelope at times....well I pushed it to the last minute there not long ago and had to go home empty handed with no one to blame but myself! They give you ample notice that they're closing down. Great place great employees good selection always clean.”

“I had a bit of a confusing checkout experience today at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods due to a payment mix-up at the register. I asked if I could split my payment in half, and although the cashier was kind and tried to help, the drawer opened unexpectedly and things became a little confusing. At one point, it felt overwhelming because I wasn’t sure why I was being asked to pay multiple times.
That said, the manager quickly stepped in, handled everything with patience and professionalism, and made sure everything was corrected. They took the time to explain what happened and reassured me throughout the process. In the end, everything was resolved, and they even went above and beyond by gifting me a gift card, which was incredibly kind and appreciated.
Mistakes happen, but the way the team handled the situation really showed excellent customer service. I left feeling taken care of and grateful for their help. Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience!”
