“Friendly staff. This store has a lot more than I realized. Big Lots is really a great place to shop from imported chocolates to Haverty, Sealy, etc.. furniture and beds.”

“I want to first say that HomeGoods is a great place to shop. I love going at least twice a week to shop and see what I can find that I didn’t know I was looking for:)
I had always received great customer service and employees have been efficiently helpful and kind.
Sadly, I had a bad experience this past Sunday: I had been in line for about 30 minute when I started to feel lightheaded, so I told my son to handle the check out while I found a place to sit. (I noticed that several people were sitting around waiting for people inline: husbands, children, etc) so I took a sit on a chair close to the check out area until my son finish paying, which at the time he was moving to the counter. I had been sitting for about a minute when an employee passed by, looked down and angrily said:
“that is a costumer’s chair” I felt so humiliated and embarrassed. And immediately stood up and left the store. I believe she could have been polite and kind. If the chair had been purchased and she was looking out for the “well-being” of chair, she was doing her job but in a contentious and sarcastic manner. The next day the chair was still in place and Not sold.
Please understand that I have no problem being asked to move, but her demeanor and tone were rude and condescending.
Hopefully she was just having a bad day and she will treat costumers respectfully.”

“And this is store I see outside the parking lot is clean the handicap is next to a store and has a bicycle place too for parking inside the store is clean organize the prices is not really bad everyone looks good working and the customers has a questions someone help right away it's a different products you can buy clothes tools dishes surprises for kitchen something for decoration something for enjoy so many ways you can see so many products for different reasons”

“I had the pleasure of having Evette P working the check out register. She wrapped and handled my porcelain condiment bowl with care and took the time to comment on my purchase. We proceeded with a short friendly conversation which did not slow down the check out process. I asked for her name because in my opinion, she went the extra mile to take 30 seconds to increase customer locality. Way to go Evette P!”

“This review is for Adrian specifically. I came in this past weekend searching for a particular skirt that was listed in-stock on site but was no where to be found on sales floor. Adrian went above and beyond in helping me locate the item. He went in the back stock room for about 10-15 mins and came out with what I was looking for. It was so refreshing to experience outstanding customer service. He could have easily told me they were out of stock as some other associates may have. He actually took the time to look, shout out to him!”
