“We originally went to the metro store but they wouldn't work with us which is my current provider cricket closed when they saw up drive up which is crazy but boost mobile was open and mj was present and willing to help us it was my daughter sweet 16 and she really wanted an iPhone mj was patient understanding and willing to help us considering the fact we never had boost mobile and have no idea about the services he went over each plan with us worked with our budget all while providing 5 star service he was so professional and because of mj service I'm considering switching over thank you for your amazing help ?”
“Von has been immensely helpful whenever we've been in the store. He's attentive to everyone even when there are a lot of customers. He worked with us to get us the best deal he could without pushing anything we didn't want, and I watched him with other customers leaving no stone unturned to make sure they were getting whatever they needed so they left happy.

“I went to the store to seek help setting up my new mobile phone as I did not want to make any mistakes. I met Joe a d he was very outgoing and knowledgeable. Joe exchanged the SIM from the old to the new and offered to help transfer data to the new phone. As the battery was dying in the old phone, Joe explained the phone needs to be at least 20% charged so he plugged in my phone and we chatted while the battery recharged. Then Joe started the transfer process for my data and explained how to ensure it got done correctly, which it did. Joe was terrific and I really appreciated his help.”

“Jordan helped me so much I really appreciate him, he took his time and explained everything to me, was so nice and friendly I really appreciated him because I was so frustrated, my screen had cracked on my phone so I purchased a new phone and Jordan was right there to help and also he let me know I was eligible for an upgrade and gave me advice about adding insurance to my phone, which I knew nothing about. He was terrific, he even called the 1800 number and fixed my monthly rate because it was not correct, so thank you so much Jordan for all your help”

“Hands down the best experience at an AT&T store. Chris was the manager who helped my wife and I activate grandma’s phone, purchase an IPad, and more importantly navigate through AT&T’s customer service after we found out that they have been charging us for a phone that was not activated from a neighborhood AT&T sales rep. Chris went above and beyond with his customer service to make sure that it was memorable. We intend to go to the store if need be when Chris is working and if he transfers to another location then we would travel there!”

“As far as Walmart goes...this one it's better than almost all other Walmart's I have been in. The employees here are helpful but just a heads up, when they say they close at 11 they mean they close at 11 PM. There are no ifs ands or buts about it you better be up there with your stuff in line to check out with a smile on your face because they do not play. They will shut the registers down and you will have to wait till the next day to purchase your items. I really can't blame them and I'm one of those people that pushes the envelope at times....well I pushed it to the last minute there not long ago and had to go home empty handed with no one to blame but myself! They give you ample notice that they're closing down. Great place great employees good selection always clean.”
“I wish I could leave a more formal review and compliment regarding my visit to this location. I believe the customer service rep, Derrick, that assisted me was the kindest, most helpful, funniest person I've encountered in a long time. I came in twice to purchase a phone for my mother for Christmas and he went over and beyond. I remember coming home and telling people I made a new best friend for the amount of time I was in the store. I was greeted and helped quickly. I was listened to and actually helped. I had some horror stories at 2-3 metro locations prior where it seemed no one really wanted to help. Not Derrick! Lol I hope I'm spelling his name right. Give that man a raise, he's awesome. Hopefully I find a way to leave a review through corporate. Sometimes we get too caught up in wanting to negative encounters but I believe good people deserve the recognition. My mother loves her phone by the way.”

He fully resolved my issue and got my phone working again. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning properly and I had full access. Much appreciation to Fred's diligence.
