Overall, a good experience, just not great.”
“Von has been immensely helpful whenever we've been in the store. He's attentive to everyone even when there are a lot of customers. He worked with us to get us the best deal he could without pushing anything we didn't want, and I watched him with other customers leaving no stone unturned to make sure they were getting whatever they needed so they left happy.

“We originally went to the metro store but they wouldn't work with us which is my current provider cricket closed when they saw up drive up which is crazy but boost mobile was open and mj was present and willing to help us it was my daughter sweet 16 and she really wanted an iPhone mj was patient understanding and willing to help us considering the fact we never had boost mobile and have no idea about the services he went over each plan with us worked with our budget all while providing 5 star service he was so professional and because of mj service I'm considering switching over thank you for your amazing help ?”

“I just want to shout out Bernard and Danny for helping me out. My wife has had an IPhone 8 for over 10 years now and was in dire need of an upgrade. (No WiFi connectivity, poor call quality, blurry camera, ect...) I walked into the store and Danny helped me choose the correct phone to suit her needs. He didn't try to upsell or convince me. He just gave me the details about each option and let me decide what I though would be best. At checkout Bernard was EXTREMELY competent and helpful. He was able to clearly explain everything I needed to know. I'd absolutely recommend coming here! Happy customer!”

“Shout out to Louis for real. My wife broke her phone a few weeks ago from the date of me typing this. It was really somewhat of an emergency because we both use our phones for work. I called other stores to try to get a price for a new phone however, they were all less than kind over the phone and others didn’t pick up at all. I called this location and spoke to Louis over the phone and I swear it was like talking to an old friend. He was so understanding and helpful. The best part is when I showed up with my Wife and our daughter, he was even more phenomenal in person. Like he’s the kind of guy that gives you hope in humanity. The best part is that it wasn’t an act, he was sincere and genuinely cared. I was able to get my wife another phone, one that is better than her old one and, the price was a BLESSING. Louis went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just right for us. I will always appreciate him for that. If you have any cellular needs, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and trust me when I say, ASK FOR LOUIS. He’s definitely GOATED.”

“I went to the AT&T store in East Cobb on Saturday morning, February 14th (Valentine’s Day), and had the absolute best experience thanks to Kymlei.
She was the most professional person I have ever interacted with in a phone store. She was incredibly patient and kind with my elderly father, taking her time to explain everything and never once making us feel rushed.
Our visit turned into a bit of a mess when my dad couldn’t remember his passwords and we had to call T-Mobile. I made the call myself, and she patiently waited with us for over 45 minutes while we were on the phone. She stayed calm, supportive, and attentive the entire time.
What really stood out was how she greeted every single person who walked through the door, even while actively helping us. She kept an eye on the line and made sure everyone felt acknowledged. Unfortunately, her coworkers didn’t do the same — but she maintained such a high level of professionalism throughout.
Kymlei truly went above and beyond. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and positive. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for her.”

“As far as Walmart goes...this one it's better than almost all other Walmart's I have been in. The employees here are helpful but just a heads up, when they say they close at 11 they mean they close at 11 PM. There are no ifs ands or buts about it you better be up there with your stuff in line to check out with a smile on your face because they do not play. They will shut the registers down and you will have to wait till the next day to purchase your items. I really can't blame them and I'm one of those people that pushes the envelope at times....well I pushed it to the last minute there not long ago and had to go home empty handed with no one to blame but myself! They give you ample notice that they're closing down. Great place great employees good selection always clean.”
