“My husband and I brought our car here to be fixed in July. My insurance had a lot of back and forth, but finally repairs were under way. Despite some set backs and a delay in getting it back, Murphy was exceptional at keeping me updated. My husband and I are expecting a child in the next few weeks, to help us out they delivered my car and returned our rental. To our surprise, there was a gift waiting in the passenger seat. Not only did they go out of their way to deliver the car so I wouldn’t have to drive so far while my husband was at work, they went above and beyond getting our baby a gift. “I had the privilege of being assisted by a young lady name, Allie on today and when I tell you she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My check engine light came on in my Jeep Cherokee, while enroute to Walmart, and her store happened to be right next door. So I pulled in, told her my issue, she got the scanner and scanned my Jeep. Within seconds I knew the cause of the issue and she also gave me the remedy in addition to other info I requested. Allie is most definitely an asset to your establishment. I will admit that I looked them up to make sure there were no scams because it sounds like too good of a deal. But they are 100% legit and worked with my insurance. I would use them again.”

Had my second service and still the same feeling. They went above and beyond to answer all my concerns and corrected everything. The loaner car they gave me to use while my car was in the shop was extremely helpful and the car had me wanting to buy it. LOL ?.
