“One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was looking for a used vehicle for my son when a good friend of mine recommended Wallace, she and her husband had bought several cars there over the years for their kids, so I decided to check them out. First impression was made searching the website and looking at their current stock I thought the website was very easy to navigate and I appreciated all of the information they had on each vehicle. Once I found a few that would fit my sons interests I drove to to lot and was met by Mr McCoy but not like a typical care salesman he just wanted to say hello introduce himself and let us know he would be there if we had any questions. There was zero pressure and his warmness gave me an instant feeling of trust. I showed him what I was looking at online and together we walked the lot. Once I chose the vehicle and drove it I was met by Mr Wallace to do the financing. I can say honestly I felt as if I had made instant friends. I appreciate Kevin Wallace and Mr McCoy working with me and providing exceptional service! I have always purchased new cars at big car lots and this experience far exceeded my expectations. All of the vehicles I tested and researched from Wallace were low mileage and had a lot of helpful descriptions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are there to sell you a car but to sell you a car that you want and that fits in your budget with zero pressure and they treat you like family! Thank yall so much!!!”
“I got a car from here back in 2022 I believe. i only had $500 and a insurance policy to my name.fast forward >>>> I have 7 months left til pay off.the car has never put me down on the side of the road we've had our moments but it's never given up lol 249k miles on the dash still a daily driver. original engine and trans thanks to all 4 of my mechanic's lol .I still love it all though they did up my payments for liability insurance buuuttt if you knew my insurance rates it's still a W lol take care of your car it will take care of you,as far as payments go. I have asked for extentions here and there and they were granted when they !!COULD!! accommodate. I never had a issue with payments dept. They've always been nice to me But I guess I never been on their bad side??.... ummyeah....

“National / Enterprise saved my trip. Avis had completely screwed me over and had no sympathy or solutions, but the employees at the Enterprise counter were incredibly friendly and offered great customer service. When I originally booked my trip National and Enterprise said they were sold out so I had made the Avis reservation instead. I went to the counter to double check and National was so kindly able to provide me with a car after all! There's a reason I prefer to rent from them, and once again, their customer service stood out and turned my day around!!”
“My daughter was renting and has a self-imposed spending limit on her credit card per transaction.
Enterprise charged the card above her limit before I could adjust the limit. Enterprise, for security reasons, would not rerun the card.
In turn, my card had to be run, leading to additional driver fees. I understand security, but there should be a way to avoid these issues.
Ty called after the return and assisted us. That added feature of a call back after makes a difference.
I left the rating at 4 because of the initial chaos, and we actually reserved a smaller car and got stuck with a suv, which is difficult for parking in major cities. Unfortunately, this typically happens with rental agencies, though.”
“I had such a pleasant experience at this place. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted right outside the front door. The rental setup didn't take long at all and all of our questions were answered. It was nice to get a ride on the golf cart instead of walking all the way in the back where the trucks were. Not only was everyone courteous but they were genuine about their customer service. I'll gladly rent a truck from here again. Best experience I've had with getting a rental truck and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else.”

“I reserved a rentalfrom National Rental car but when I arrived they had overbooked, thus no rental. I went to the Avis counter and Dwayne went above a beyond to assist me. I did not have a reservation with Avis but he took the time to check rentals and found me a car for the weekend! I want to thank him for his exceptional service. Without him I would have been in a bind for the weekend. Thank you Dwayne and Avis!”
“Great service and the vehicles were always exactly what I ordered. When it wasn't, Budget Customer Service arranged for me to visit an airport location and gave me a larger car at no charge. Compared to the other companies, their cars are far newer and less worn.”
